Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Shawnee

I ordered a curbside pickup. Tracked it and it told me the pizza and wings I ordered were ready. I sat in the parking lot after alerting them to my presence, for over 20 minutes. I finally had an off the clock employee ask me if I was curbside pickup. I said yes and she went in and brought out 4 large pizzas obviously not my order. I said that isn’t my order. She sighed and said well I’m off the clock they just handed me an order. She went back in and after about 10 more minutes came back with my actual order. I left with it only to get home literally less than a mile away. I opened the boxes to raw pizza that was not cooked properly. The wings were ice cold drowned in sauce everything was inedible. I used to love this place. I am so disappointed. Especially in these times were it’s lucky to afford to eat out once in a blue moon. The only place I order pizza 🍕 In Shawnee. They're absolutely the Best they go out of their way to add dipping sauces and packets of Red Pepper/Cheese. Great customer service every time I call friendly and professional. Love Marcos, we moved to shawnee last year and have yet to go to another pizza place after finding this one. They are consistently great, price and how quickly you get your order. One time they were busy myself and the woman mistakenly gave me the wrong pizza. I always check but didn't. Got home and saw it was not what I ordered. As soon as I called they immediately apologized and so did I. I offered to bring it back to make sure to prove that I wasn't trying to just get a free pizza. They said nope keep it and we will have yours ready in 10. I went back and no problem at all. To the person pizza I mistakenly took I enjoyed while my two picky eaters enjoyed theirs.
