My, supposed to be quick visit, was odd. I was picking up my mobile order, got my receipt at the first windows, pulled up to the second window to get my order, was given my drinks, but asked to pull forward and they'd bring out the rest. I was fine with doing this this, I understand needing to keep things moving, but the woman who was working that window always seems to have some weird attitude with me and never responds when I say thank you. Oh well. Well they bring out the two kids meals, but didn't bring the rest of the food. I told the girl what I was missing and her response was "Can you go inside and tell them? I don't want to get in trouble." This was a bit annoying since I had my toddler and young son with me. I pull around and get them out to find the inside of the store packed. The woman at the counter re-rang me up, but didn't tell me the number on the ticket since she had to keep the receipt for her drawer. After several minutes, I tried to ask her what the number was on the ticket only to have to rude ass teenager say "it's on your receipt" with this disgusted look on her face. I told her she didn't give me the receipt and to mind her own business. She then proceeded to tell me then to come read the "effing" bags myself. I feel my six year old just stare at me in confusion. I just ignored her because I didn't want to make my kids uncomfortable. The woman handed me the bag and apologized for the wait and I was out of there. They packs 2 fries, a box of chicken nuggets and a sandwich into the smallest bag they had AND they got the order wrong still. I just left and took it as a loss. I'm not going back. Read moreThis location recently did a complete remodel. Prior to the remodel service was great and it looked up to date. In my opinion the remodel was not needed. Now that it is back open the staff is different and they are absolutely horrible. I really hope management looks at their staff and reviews their job performance and customer satisfaction. We go to this McDonald's approximately 2-3 times weekly and it has gone significantly down hill in service. They are constantly not giving you the food ordered, literary argue with you until you show them a receipt, the food quality is poor, and when you purchase ice cream it's melted and you can tell it's been storing out. If you order a mcfluffy they don't put a smidgen of topping in it and do not blend it. I have had to complain about every order I've placed/received since the reopening recently. If you have to go inside there's only one counter and it's completely out of sight from the staff. So they routinely hide in the back where you can't see them. The new remodel is not customer friendly and has deteriated overall. Management please encourage staff to be friendly towards the customers and arguing isn't nice either. It seems that every single time i went to this mcdonalds, i ordered 2 drinks, and 2 cinnamon melts. As soon as i pay and pull up to the 2nd window. Dont even hand me my drinks, but hang there heads out the window saying i need you to pull up to the waiting line.
and every time they tell me that it turns into a 30 minute or more wait, for 2 little cinnamon melts and a drink. The last time i went there, they pulled that little stunt on me, and i said no. I am not moving until i get my order. The manager came to the window, acting extremely snotty, explaining why it is reasonable for me to pull to the front line. I told her this is extremely unnecessary considering how my order is always small, and i have to wait half an hour or so every single time. and i watch 10 people get there larger orders before i even get mine.
She said i can give you a refund if you want. So i said "SO BE IT! AS I WILL KEEP CORPORATE AND YOUR NAME IN THE LOOP OF YOUR SLOPPY ASS CUSTOMER SERVICE."
30 seconds later, she hands me my bag of cinnamon melts and drinks, Drinks half full, and cinnamon melts in half made condition.
I am thinking this store needs extreme undivided training for better service. However i refuse to go back...
