My sister & I visited on 7/31/24 for lunch. We ordered our usual spinach & artichoke dip. I don't like Spinach Dip but this place has the Best Spinach Dip, it's so creamy & delicious. We split the lunch fried chicken alfredo as the portion is large & is enough to eat for the two of us. Our server Genessa was excellent. She was friendly, funny & right there when we needed something without being intrusive. We hope we can always have her as our waitress.
Whenever we are deciding to eat lunch, we both are always in agreement that Paul's is where we want to go for lunch. This restaurant is very clean & they have a variety of choices on the menu or on the monthly lunch specials. Don't forget to save room for their delicious desserts.
Visited this location with my sister on 7/10/24 because we were craving spinach & artichoke dip which we split. I don't like spinach dip but I will eat it when we go to Paul's Steakhouse because it is so creamy and addictive. The dip comes with toasted bread. The grilled chicken alfredo is the best at Paul's & is our favorite go to meal. We've also had their strawberry dessert which we split & it was very moist & delicious. We like the variety they have on the menu & the various choices of appetizers.
Be sure & check out their monthly lunch specials. You can also order on line to go for pick up. This place is very popular at lunch so you may have a bit of a wait to be seated but it's worth the wait time.
Visited our favorite location on 7/28/23 for lunch. We ordered our favorites Spicy Chicken Alfredo with Grilled Blackened Shrimp & Regular Alfredo with Grilled Chicken Breast. We have found no one else compares to Paul's when it comes to their Alfredo. We also ordered the Spinach Artichoke Dip. I don't usually like this kind of dip but make an exception when we visit Paul's because we know it will be good.
Our server Crystal was excellent. She was there when we needed her without being intrusive. She's friendly & provides excellent service. I always know when she's our server that our dining experience will be good & there won't be any problems that arise during our meal. We look forward to visiting...

When we first arrived, we told them we had 4 plus a baby. The hostess seated us immediately. When she showed us the table, we asked if we could have a bigger one due to the stroller combo that we had. Hostess was great and accommodated us. Then the server Bonnie showed up. Not even introducing herself she immediately said āI hope you all arenāt going to be here more than an hour and a half, because this table is reservedā. Then she proceeded to ask us for our drink order. In the meantime, my son counted the tables and there was 19 other opened tables. After a few minutes, I requested to speak to the manager because of what just happened. He come over and said I heard what happened please let me fix it. We agreed and decided to stay this since was my sons last night in town before shipping out to his duty station in the Navy. While during the ordering of our food, she asked what I would like and I told her and then she made a snide comment about me probably wanting her to shut up and stop talk. I was in total disbelief that she said that. I looked at my daughter in law, who has worked as a server and so have I and couldnāt believe she made those comments.

Unfortunately, the quality of both the food and the service has significantly declined in recent times, leading me to decide not to return. The food, in particular, has been consistently disappointing. I've frequently received dishes that were severely lacking in seasoning, to the point of being entirely without salt. A major concern has been the salmon; I've had to stop ordering it due to the excessive number of bones I've encountered, finding over 17 bones in a single fillet on one occasion. Furthermore, the behavior of some of the new staff members has been unacceptable. There's one young woman with long brown hair who has repeatedly made inappropriate and insulting comments to customers. She has openly mocked gold jewelry, including calling a woman's wedding ring "cute costume jewelry" and making similar remarks about others' brooches and my own gold hoop earrings. Her derogatory comments about "rich people" have also been highly unprofessional and off-putting.
