Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Shawnee

Brought my family of 7 in for dinner. The place was empty. My family and I seated ourselves as the sign prompted us to do. We sat at the tables with no acknowledgement from the staff for 20 minutes. The girl was behind the counter helping customers that came in after us. After they were done completing their order I asked the girl if we were going to be helped and she tells me she's the only one right now and she will be with me shortly. In the meantime, there were 2 other employees that were outside sitting by the dumpster smoking. One girl came in and was told to take our drink orders. After she took our drink order it took her 10 minutes to bring them to us and the cups were dirty in the inside. My daughter and I both had some chunk of food stuck to the inside of our cups. After scraping the chunk off with our straw I decided to go up to the counter and confront the girl at the register. The girl who took our drink order proceeded to walk out the front door again to join the fellow coworker at the dumpster. I confronted the girl at the register while she proceeded to help another individual that just walked in the door. I waited for them to be done and I told the girl we were dissatisfied with our service and told her about the food in our cups and her fellow co-workers outside smoking while customers sit in the dining area. I will never go back there again or...

This place needs a complete overhaul. Do not order delivery unless you want to send it back at least once. I even had the customer service main center call from PA to apologize. Last Saturday I received a pizza that not only wasn't warm, it was actually cold, and it was 80 degrees outside, if it wasn't cold I might not have noticed when the driver handed it to me. It is not the drivers fault I know, but let me put it this way 5 people were fired two weeks before and the customer service manager was on the phone with the manager who had to explain what was going on. Also do not use the drive thru pick up, you will wait 15 minutes watching no one come to the front, then when you go in, still no one, then when they do come out they said sorry we were in a meeting with the manager, a blatant lie b/c I then asked for the manager and they replied, they left. Then the pizza was taken out of the warmer, which just over cooks the pizza, I asked for a new one, now that I know it had been in there for 20 minutes and they said it had been in there less than a minute. I wish Papa John's delivered to this house because if they did I would never use Pizza Hut again. On a side note customer service has always made it right...

I was out Christmas shopping and stopped by for a bite. It was not busy; only one table of patrons. Dining in, I sat myself because the sign said to seat yourself. I waited and waited but nobody came to my table. After 5 min wait, I went up to the counter to ask for a waiter/waitress. They said they would be right over. He took my order; I ordered a personal pan pizza. I waited and waited for about 25 min. I clocked it on my phone. Finally had to walk up to the counter again to ask about my pizza. They say, "he's getting it right now." Went back to my table and he brought it right out. I ate my meal and finished without anyone coming to check on me or give me my check. Again, because waiter didn't bring my check, I went to the counter to pay for it. At the counter the manager asked me how I was doing. I was honest and told him I didn't have a good experience. He said he would take care of it. I paid and then left so I don't know what happened after that. These reviews are spot on when they say the service is poor. I've dined here before and I have never gotten good service. I love Pizza Hut pizza so there isn't much choice. Just wish management would care more about...
