I don't normally leave reviews but this dining experience was so bad I would like to save other people from wasting their hard earned money here. First of all 3 of the 5 spots for sushi were completely empty when we first arrived. My husband got hibachi and they put no sauce on it... None. I decided to get crab legs and even though I kept making eye contact with my waiter to try and get his attention to get crab leg crackers to eat the crab legs he would not come over. My husband had to get up and go to him and he even stated to walk the other way first before my husband got to him. It's like he was avoiding us. We hadn't asked for anything previous to the crackers so it's not like we were bombarding him, he was just lazy. To top off the whole night suddenly from the side room an amp turns on and starts blasting a Spanish speaking man. Apparently someone had rented their room to host an auction of (wow really) woman...in Spanish and even though it was a small room they used an amp. As an adult this was highly irritating but I could have handled it if it was just me.... However my Autistic son couldn't deal deal with the noise. I looked for my waiter to get the ticket so we could go before my kid freaked out. He wouldn't come to the table and disappeared to the back after making eye contact with me again. I got up and walked to front with my family and sudden darting from the back here comes my waiter(funny how he couldn't be bothered to come to us before, until he I guess assumed we were trying to ditch). We made it to the front with our waiter tailing 15 feet behind us and explained to the woman up front about the noise. She offered to ask the other people to turn down their amp but at this point we were so frustrated with the first 10 minutes of our dining experience we declined, paid and left. $35 dollars for a family of 4( children aged 4 and 5). We were there 10 minutes....
Read moreMe and my family have came here for years and Iâve always thought the guy that runs the front could be a little more professional and inviting but we have kept going because my kids love it there but tonight after we spent $70 we were ready to go because I wasnât feeling well and my 3 year old still wanted ice cream so we sent her over with my middle child to get it who apparently didnât pay attention to some sign saying donât take the ice cream out the building or something a long those lines but we had left but stopped at the gum-ball machine but needed more quarters so my middle child went back and asked for change and had her baby sisters ice cream in her hand and she came back and said the man at the front made her give it back and he took it back and put it back in the ice cream thing which one is infection control once itâs been touched but so I went back in to him and said âhey why did you take her ice creamâ mind you I didnât go over there when she got it so I didnât seen the little sign but his response rude as hell âwell did she not read the signâ while pointing back at it and im like âno my 3 year old didnât read your sign and my middle one probably wasnât Paying attention because she wouldnât just ignore that sign and I said, but we just spent almost $70 in here and youâre tripping about a little ice cream for a three-year-old and I just had to walk away before it got any worse because we spend a lot of money in there, and I can understand the rules and we would follow them no problem but it was just how he responded and how rude he was about it! Other than that we have been there for years but I donât know if we will any longer. And my 3 year old couldnât understand why he took it but hey whatever lets him sleep better at night! Work on...
Read moreWorst experience I have ever had at a buffet. Was here for a 1year old birthday party and the manager was arguing with the grandmother that the entire group of 50 people had to be on one ticket. Instead of doing their jobs of writing up ~20 tickets, please note most of us were in groups of 2 and 4, were seated at different tables from each other and there was no special treatment for the birthday party (it was as if we showed up on our own). The manager ended up giving the grandmother a little napkin that was on the table to make her write down everyoneâs order. The mother and father of the birthday girl instead found an actual piece of paper and went to everyone and asked what drink they had and noted if they were an adult, senior, or child. Iâm sorry but this is a buffet and you are telling me your establishment canât track what drink everyone has and most of the party order water? The manager even refused to split the tickets up by tables when we suggested that. Then when it comes to check out she is reading off the list we provided and then in the middle of ringing us up slaps a sticky note on the wall saying 15% gratuity for parties X and bigger out of no where. The way this was all handled was so unprofessional and disrespectful to the grandmother and parents to go through this. On top of where they had us seated, they had other people not part of the group seated with us and had their storage all exposed and I had to find 3 other silverware that was not either rusted or dirty. Will never recommend any one...
