Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Shawnee

Ok I promise not to ramble I really don’t like to rate a place and give a bad review but I’m willing to go back later to see if improvements have been made. Due to the lack of employees only the drive through was open as always the food is awesome but the attitude and service was almost unbelievable if I hadn’t seen the disrespect with my own eyes I would not have believed that someone could be that bad. While my wife and I were waiting an elderly gentleman walked up to the drive through window knocked on the window after saying to my wife I’m sorry to bother you saying it’s not a problem the window opens and a young woman said to the man WHAT I have to confess something I have a soft spot for the elderly as I am one I’m told and have a bad temper when disrespectful speech comes out of well her mouth I got mad I climbed out of the passenger side of the car and asked smart mouth if she would like to show that disrespect again. She abruptly said no sir. This gentleman was just wanting some hot sauce well I apologized for loosing my temper and simply gave her a education in public relations she was sorely short of. Like I said food awesome service just needs to be fine tuned. I even asked to make sure my raise was approved to which the general manager said yes the owners know and approved it but when I received my first check with new raise it was not on there. I let the general manager know to which she replied the owners would put it on my next check. My next check came and still no raise or the previous checks difference. I once again let schlotzskys general manager know and when I went to the owners they stated they did not know about my raise. I even asked the stores assistant general manager and even she stated the owners knew and approved it. I let the owners know what the stores managers had said to which they replied they didn't know and refused to pay me for the previous checks difference. I no longer work there because I have three young children to provide for and could not work and not get the correct pay. Help any one know how I can get the money from that is...

Dinner time drive through. Total bad attitude from the employee from start to finish of business. Before another employee stepped in to correct the missing items from my order the only thing that was said to me was can I take your order. Even when paying. No hello, no welcome, no total amount I owe. Just window open and hand out to collect my money. I checked the bag before pulling away, already noting that I didn't get my drink. So I stayed at the window until noticed. The employee opened the window, bulges her eyes out and said yessssss. I stated that my order was incomplete and she rolled her eyes at me and shut the window. Another person came and asked what I ordered and what was missing. I told her, read the receipt and then she asked for it all back like she didn't believe me and read the receipt for herself.
