I ordered a #4, and waited TWENTY SEVEN MINUTES to receive my food. Missing the onion ring, I asked for no lettuce no pickle, and the bacon was burnt to a crisp. It had the pickle and lettuce on it, I tell the carhop, she gives me the biggest sigh. Takes my food inside, scrapes off the vegetables and immediately brings me back the exact same burger. I’m allergic to pickles, and I just really don’t like lettuce. I didn’t even eat it because it was THE SAME BURGER. With pickle remains all over it and like I said - I’m allergic. It is not my fault that YOU messed up my order! I’m done with this store. The drinks are always covered in pop, either NO ice or FULL of ice, the drinks always look filthy like they don’t wash their hands, they make you beg for condiments and napkins, they ALWAYS have an attitude. Staff and managers alike. I see them smoking their electronic cigarettes inside, I’ve seen them practically wearing flip flops to work which is absolutely disgusting …terrible store terrible management. I started going back because you hired this ONE car hop that clearly cared about her job, this woman was always so on point, only to find yall ran her off too. Just like you did me. And no I’m not interested in your copy-paste generic response that you’ve given to everyone in their reviews. I’m just done with this store. Read moreI've come to this location maybe 6 times in total over 2 years, every time I've been here there is either an issue with my order, a technical issue at the restaurant, or the staff have been rude, unhelpful, and untimely. I understand this is a high traffic location, but I would assume that means this place also gets proper care from the profit it brings in.
One notable visit was during a rush, I waited 40 minutes for my meal, it never arrived, I asked one of the staff what happened, they claimed my food was sent out, most likely to the wrong stall, they then proceeded to have me wait another 20 minutes to have my food remade, at which point I decided I needed a refund, as my whole lunch break had been taken up by this experience.
This is the kind of location that doesn't need customers so they treat them however they want. Go elsewhere if you like being treated...

It sounded like a party was going on with a bunch of people talking, loudly. I placed my order 3 times. I was handed something that was NOT what I ordered. I then had to place the order again at the pick up window. The lady charged me $2.00 more. I told her she had a lot of nerve asking me for more money after I HAD to place my order 4 times! She took my money and then gave it back to me....she told me she would pay for it. It's like people has forgotten all about service. if its not a tarter sauce burger it's bad customer service.....it's always something absolutly preventable everytime I go to...
