The atmosphere was very pleasant. The bigger guy working the front counter had this large gingery and brown beard and was very welcoming, his name was Brandon I think but I may be wrong lol. Either way he took the time to happily explain the plans they have and had recommendations that were centered towards your bang for your buck. The large variety of activities and niches they accommodate is impressive and makes the guilded greyland a wonderful place to frequent. Went in to this store and it was dead. Looked threw the tablet "this way is total crap way to sell cards in store" to pick out 10 to 15 cards and was told it would be a few to pull cards. So I bought a drink and a candy bar and said I can wait I have nothing else to do.. the guy sitting doing nothing said no its probably gonna be 1 to 2 days to pull my order.
