KFC — Restaurant in Shawnee

This kfc is seriously under staffed! Management is failing miserably at this kfc. We were told there was a twenty minute wait for chicken because there was only two workers. I get that not mad at the workers. We waited and ordered an 8 pieces meal deal. Supposed to come with 4 biscuits and two sides. We ordered Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. Pulled to the window and paid for it. Then pulled up to the next window and waited for food. When at the window we get our food and they say well we don’t have any biscuits or Mac and cheese so we try to sub fries in and they say well we don’t have that either. So after paying for what we ordered we get told oh sorry don’t have it I’ll sub green beans and extra mashed potatoes. That would have been nice to know before we paid for biscuits and Mac and cheese. KFC/Owner you need to look into this store and find the problem in its management and fix it. Whatever it is pay or poor management. You can’t say people won’t work when all you offer is 8 dollars an hour. This meal cost 40 bucks and your tellin me you can’t pay a little more to your employees?? The problem starts with you and how your running the business. Your grade employees reflect the pay...

I have always loved this location in the Past. I was so disappointed. The girl behind the counter was rude, the food was cold and tasted awful. The atmosphere was anything but appealing, and when I went to ask for a spoon, they ignored me until I almost gave up, then was told with a what rock have you been under tone ( I said spork instead of spoon ..oops) we dont have them any more. We got spoons. Then she took her time getting the spoon and her attitude said I was bothering her. There was only one other family in the dining room. I was surprised in the price difference between what was on the screen and what I paid. No more $5.00 box. I knew that already and didn't mind , but asked which # was like the $5.00 box. I was told rudely , no more $5.00 box. I miss the old kfc when the original recipe had incredible flavor, it is bland compared to years ago, and back then it wasn't crispy at all. Pieces were bigger to. I miss the most, that I was made to feel like family back then, not like just another fast...

We have never really had a problem with KFC here in Shawnee until today. The guy who took the money was a bit rude. He had blood on his hand, nails was dirty. When he gave me our drinks the cups was covered with the drink. One of the drinks had hair on it. I ask which drink was which and he said oh man I'm sorry I'm not sure. I order a sweet tea and took a drink and it tasted old. So when I asked if he could switch it out he said what really well I can't take your drink back. He did give me another drink. Famous bowl we got had no gravy sorry my husband loves gravy. Now this was our first bad experience here any other time everything is great and the employees are very nice. I was just disappointed with the service today and because today was the first time we had a problem we will come back but please make sure your employees wash...
