Culver’s — Restaurant in Sheboygan

Got a burger and fries and some chicken strips last night, service was quick and everyone was friendly and food was hot and tasty, they extended there hours now till 11 p.m which in my opinion is great, love to see companies go back to being open late and even 24/7 and stop hiding being COVID from years ago as reason to be closed at 7. Restaurant was nice and clean, big menu and they have amazingly good custard to choose from and great daily flavor of the day each day. Highly recommend to eat here. Only reason no 5 starts is the prices here are pretty high in my opinion, granted everything is overpriced these days but still I don't judge on what everyone is doing but what I believe they should be doing and what they should be charging and that is going back to precovid prices and stop gouging the American people cause u make more profit by leaving prices huge after mass inflation and not bringing them back down now that supply chain better and people working again and COVID not running wild, being prices down and 5...

Spent close to $40 on ice cream dishes for coworkers at work last night around 8:30pm, never got told that they had no drink carriers for them. Got up to the window and then was told after already paying. Asked the employees how I was going to be transferring them to my destination. Their answer was "i don't know". I asked if they had a box that I could use that was sitting around in their restaurant instead. They said no and all just kind of stared at me like I was dumb. Then proceeded to slowly make each ice cream dish while the others were casually melting, threw them in bags and was laughing about it in the process because they knew they wouldn't last. When I got to my destination, like 2 minutes down the road, they were messed up and soup like. From being apart of the restaurant business, I got very terrible customer service...

Went for a quick lunch and had a great experience. The food was quick, warm, and delicious. I've had sourdough melts at other Culvers where the onions were undercooked, but they were perfect here. The custard was also amazing as always.

BUT the real highlight of this review is the staff. Everyone at this Culver's was extremely friendly. Samantha kindly offered to take care of my empty tray, Sarah smiled and helped me and the various older couples in the building. I believe her name was Marilyn, she was so positive and happy when she took my order. She was really kind and made my experience great. I wasn't expecting to write a review for this, but I just felt so welcome and had a great lunch.
