Was not going to leave a review however after the rude message I received from their customer care I had to. I normally go to a Southside location for my sandwiches, however because I live closer to this one I used them for my last 2 orders. The first order, I received 2 completely different sandwiches. I called and they replaced them. Yes I had to drive back but they were kind enough to fix it.
I ordered again and went to pick up 2 more sandwiches last week. They were SOGGY and NOT TOASTED like I ordered. I simply wrote them off and was going about my life nothing I just would not buy from this location again. Last night I received the survey via email so I just stated my experience and thought that was the end of that. I didn't mention the first failed order, just that the sandwiches were soggy and not toasted.
This morning someone contacted me via email stating that sometimes the sandwiches would be soggy and thatthey were toasted š. I HAVE NEVER ordered from another location and got soggy sandwiches, NEVER! then to tell me that they were toasted??? ššNo proof or nothing! I know when it's toasted, the bread wasn't even the slightest bit firm. It was softer than a brioche bun you pick up in a supermarket -__-.
I found it really rude that they had the audacity to say in their email that I was the one to contact them (I didn't, they sent me to do a survey) and completely refused to accept that JUST MAYBE it wasn't toasted. I was not wanting a replacement or anything, like I said, I was just going on with my life. Very rude how they came at me in an email for stating my experience that...

I had to wait several minutes as one of the "sandwich artists" was apparently working on a phone-in Order. He finally acknowledged me, and I gave him my order. He put the tuna, cheese, and bread in the toaster oven. When it came out, he let it sit while he and his fellow employee worked on the 2 footlongs apparently ordered by phone, ignoring me. I finally lost my extreme patience, and told them that my order was, apparently, not important. I then walked out. PRIORITIES?!?!?
I've been a loyal Subway customer for 40 years...but I think I'll try the Cousins Subs just around the corner on...

The fist employee cut the bread in half and had to be told again I wanted a 12 inch and wanted the sandwich toasted . She handed it to the next person who asked what veggies I wanted and to repeat my request again. Then the check out person rang it up at full price. I mentioned the coupon which she retrived from the waste basket. At my request the meal was placed in a paper bag which broke as I was leaving.The replacement bag broke in the parking lot..The next time I want a sub meal I will either go to a different store or another restaurant. WORST...
