But I received a coupon in my email for a half of pizza code "SHARKS" and was going to order a pizza that was only doable online with the coupon. I tried and tried on multiple devices and different internet connections and it still wouldn't work so I called them and let them know it wasn't working and he knew EXACTLY what coupon I was talking about also! So I asked if they could honor their coupon as their location was the ONLY one not working online. The guy on the phone said he can't honor that and to keep trying so I said that's fine I will. To no avail it kept happening over and over again so I called and spoke with their manager asking if they could use it, he says he is unable to honor that as the coupon is through a 3rd party company (jets sent me the coupon from their own system, not a 3rd party) and he can't honor it whatsoever and can't help and pretty much told me im at a loss while sounding completely arrogant about the situation. Why are you even a manager if you can't help a loyal customer with a simple coupon that your own company sent me? Was your manager override going to cost you your job or something? Read moreWorst management and service of a Jets Pizza I've ever seen. Employees were fighting and arguing at the top of their lungs in front of all of us customers. When I walked in, they told me that my order would take 10 minutes. I asked again after 10 minutes, and they said my order would be ready soon. I waited for well over 35 minutes. At which point the tall female manager with short black hair approached and told me with a horrible attitude that my order wasn't even started yet and I could wait just like they had made everyone else wait for their orders. She was extremely rude, and when I asked why she said my order would be done in 10 minutes and hadn't let me know it would be even longer she just became extremely rude and malicious with me. I myself have worked as a customer service manager for 25 years and have never once heard anyone speak to customers the way this manager was speaking to me. If this is the way that the manager herself speaks to customers then I think the owner needs to send her back to a customer service training course so she can fix her attitude and be kind and considerate of her customers.
