Subway — Restaurant in Shelby Charter Township

It has been a long while since I have went to Subway. I was in the area, so I thought why not go for a sub.

I ordered a foot long turkey sub on white bread with provolone (toasted), spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and green peppers. I requested no sauce or dressing because I would much rather have it that way. I was not too pleased with the overall quality of the meat and toppings. The bread tasted much lighter and seemed smaller than before. I originally wanted Swiss cheese; however, I was told that they do not carry Swiss cheese. The veggies tasted really bland; they had minimal flavor as if I only had lettuce on it.

The customer service was good. I really do not have any complaints here. I was helped after seconds of waiting in line. My order was made quickly, and I was cashed...

I used to love this subway, but I went today and the woman working was very obviously on some sort of drugs. It took a solid 3 minutes for her to get the right bread out, and then she smashed it with her arm trying to cut it and spilled chicken all over the counter. She also put a solid 8 pieces of bacon on my chicken and bacon sub, which I know is not the right amount. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but once her shirt and arm rubbed all over my sub I had to go. Hopefully this can get resolved because I have never had a problem at this...

The lady who work here refuse to change her gloves after I ask her nicely to because I saw her just changed the trash! So since she wanted to waste my time trying argue me, I wasted her time by telling her I wanted everything on my sub! Including every meat and planing to pay extra for the meat because I know I get charge extra for it! She was so excited like she was gonna get all that money!
