I frequent this location since it is close to work and on my way home. Tonight when I pulled up to the speaker, the gentleman advised me that the car in front of me had placed an almost $200 order and that I would have a bit of a wait. Since my order was online and I wasn’t able to cancel, I waited. The car with the insanely large order at midnight on a Tuesday, was not able to pay for the order unfortunately, and left with nothing but a few drinks. I wanted to applaud the person working at the window for staying calm, cool and collected during all of this. I work in the service industry and can understand frustrations that come along with the job at times. I’m sure an almost $200 order at this time of night was a bit of a shock and then the customer not being able to pay was the icing on the cake. He was so kind, and from what I could see and hear being behind this other car, he handled the situation with grace. The food I received in my order was top notch. This location is the best in the area, and another reason I choose this location...
Read moreOkay so the food was actually good. It's the service that I am unhappy with. I came here at around 130am to pick up an order and place a small one item drive through order. My pick up was ready on time. I proceed to attempt to order a queserito only to be denied that menu item "in store" as it is a "online only" item. I have never had this issue at any other taco bell locations locally VERY RECENTLY! OKAY. fine. I was met with excuses galore and a not super friendly staff. I even offered to pay more for any other comparable menu item for a queserito that I know they are able to make. Blah blah "inventory?" Scoops of meat and rice are inventoried now? Okay. I don't work there so I can't argue. I ask to look at the menu. I am on a $7 taco bell night run budget and NOTHING is only $7. A queserito online is $4.69. A plain boring quesidilla is $6 at the drive through. The short of this story is.. I ended up leaving with disappointment in a bag...
Read moreWe've went inside to order take out because I needed to look over the menu a bit more. While we weren't greeted when we entered and nobody came to the counter, they did have these self-serve machines. They were very clear and easy to use and had clear photos of everything so we knew what all the menu items were. It was easy to make our order which came out accurately and swiftly. When we were handed our order, the staff member was very friendly. The location was also very clean. There was no trash anywhere, no sticky spots, no food left out, even the soda machine was very clean. This was my first time visiting this particular Taco Bell and I have to say I was definitely impressed, although it would be nice to be greeded and asked if anybody needs any help as not everybody is familiar with the menu or the self-service menus to give them that choice if they have...
