Arby's — Restaurant in Shelbyville

After a old and cold Popeyes fries in our $25 order (2 three-peice tender meals) we decided to try Arby's as the one in Manchester ALWAYS has fresh food. Steaming hot potato cakes made to order..EVERYTIME.

So, we pulled into Arby's. I ordered 1 large potato cake and 1 order of tenders (2piece). Lady asked me if I was sure I didn't want a meal deal. Alright, I assumed I would be cheaper. Sometimes fast food is cheaper whej you get the meal..... $11 combo! I declined. The lady kinda fussed about it. I explained I just spent $25 at Popeyes and wanted something decent.

She said the cakes where fresh... LIES! Maybe if fresh is warmed in the last hour. Almost Luke warm in the center. The tenders? Lordy please. Never again. They resembled dried dog matter at best. Guess if we want Arby's, we will just drive 45 minutes to Manchester. Can't...

Arby's needs to fire the manager that's working on the shifter right now they messed up my husband's order that he ordered gave him the wrong sandwich he called the store and the manager literally hung up on the phone on him and on top of that he paid with $100 bill and a little Mexican dude that's the manager locks the little window like we're going to steal the money that was just giving to him I'm just saying you need to get better employees. My husband even actually tried to call back after the manager hung up on him and he done took the phone off the hook. You'd get zero Stars if that was an option I have to choose one star just to put the review remember that. Just so Arby's is clear tis would be the brown tone man that ain't black or white. I've had to go back to this store not once, twice, or even 3 times, but 4 times now because they either always forget an item or multiple items are missing from my order. You'd figure I'd learn by now to check my bag before I leave but after sitting in line for more than 20 minutes at most times I am usually a little more trusting of their judgement at that point and just take off. But always having to make an extra trip back to the store, sit in line for 20 more minutes then I get to fight traffic back to my work. I love Arby's. It's the reason I pay so much money and waste so much gas sitting there and I go back for every missing item because it's very expensive to just throw away a 7 dollar sandwich or not come back for it.
