MINI SUPER LOS 3 REYES — Restaurant in Shelbyville

I’ve spent a lot of years in Middle Tennessee. But not a lot of time in Shelbyville Tennessee, with the exception of going to Duck River Speedway. This week I am stuck here due to truck repair issues for about a week. I had to run to the local laundromat and across the street is Los 3 Reyes store and taco shop. Come to find out this group is from California and has absolutely fantastic food. All of my different tacos, which were several, of each offered including shrimp and fish were amazing. Guacamole and refried beans like everything else are homemade, and are exactly what I would expect if I were making them myself, if not better. The store offers anything you could possibly want in an Hispanic market. Looks like this will be my daily stop for food especially since the Chile Rellenos will be finished this evening as they sold out yesterday. I can imagine how wonderful they will be as well!! Went in today to get a take out of fish tacos. We were happily greeted upon entering and when we explained what we wanted, the order was promptly processed exactly like we desired. Coupled with their awesome horchata and a couple of pineapple drinks made our lunch wonderful. Los 3 Reyes goes all the way to accommodate and that's one reason they have us as repeat customers. The boss man here is the truth and he's the real deal. I won't try any taqueria supermacado anywhere else in town. He earned my permanent business today because I was broke. Only genuine and good people do those things any more.
