I Love Donuts — Restaurant in Shelbyville

I must have walked in at the wrong moment...I never got a friendly Hello even after I said good morning. I did say I wasn't sure what I wanted so she walked off and started making more coffee. Now when I walked in she was sitting down playing on her phone, she obviously had time to do coffee before I walked in. Still I have yet to hear her voice, I made my decision and heard " is that all"? I said yes and handed her my card. She said there was a minimum to charge my card. I decided to change my order to nothing, I felt I was keeping her from something important and declined to purchase my choice. I go here often and lady with short blonde hair is always super nice but recently I came in and placed an order, and the older lady with glasses was just sitting on her phone not paying any attention to customers. The nice lady was putting my order together when the woman on her phone rudely jumped in front of her and insisted on taking over, huffed and said “I got it”. Then when I corrected the donut she was grabbing (I wanted a different flavor) she rolled her eyes at me! Very awkward experience. I never got to the donuts so I can't comment on them, but I can certainly account for the very poor customer service I received. I did not catch the name of the woman with whom I interacted; however, she was rude, indignant, and disrespectful.
