Casey's — Restaurant in Shelbyville

The cashier was outside smoking right by the doors to go in when we pulled up, but at the time, we didn't know she was an employee. We went to throw away a couple of empty coffee cups on our way in, but couldn't because the trash was over flowing. The bathroom wasn't horrible, but we were there at about 8:30 in the morning, so maybe that had something to do with it. We grabbed a couple of snacks on the way out, and when we went to check out, the cashier who had been smoking outside couldn't be bothered to get off her phone long enough to acknowledge us, let alone to make sure the purchase before mine had gone through. Instead, that purchase got added to mine and she had to clear it when I said something. She went right back to her phone and ignored me as I stood there waiting for my receipt for a couple of moments or for her to at least slide the two items I was getting across the counter back to me. I just gave up and reached across the counter and took my purchases and walked out. Hopefully my purchase went through on my card and didn't get added to the next person's bill. Or Hopefully the next person's items aren't added to my card. I would HIGHLY suggest going...

I came in tonight to pick up a pizza and wimgs. I was told my order would only take 20 min. I showed up a little after 20 min then had to wait another 20 min because the lady did not start my order till I walked in the store. I tried to check out then one of the clerk lady's decided to reboot her computer in the middle of scanning me out. I was then asked to move down to another register. I had a few items to check out with and get gas . When I payed the clerk said thank you and I asked for a bag and she looked at me like I was crazy and decided to question me before giving me the bag I was about to leave when I noticed they had baged the pumps I was pulled up to and payed for and no one said anything I even said the pump number. Overall I spent over an hour at this store. I would never come back here even if every pump was closed in the state I would drive to the next state. Attempted to order our family favorite taco pizza twice. Last night and today. The kid making them last night said he didn't want to unthaw the sauce so not only did he not make it he didn't even bother letting us know before pick up that it wasn't going to be made. He was more concerned with socializing in the front couldn't be bothered with orders. Today tried again SAME kid. He smiled when he handed me the box and this is the result. Definitely not the taco pizza that was paid for. Bread and glob of cheese no beans two pieces of each ingredient, no chips ext... Very disappointed. Usually service is great and I hope they don't continue to tolerate employees who act in spiteful ways...
