Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Shelbyville

Update!! As of May 26, 2022 still haven't heard back from Dominos corporate. As descriptive as my review was it was very easy to get my contact information. Or they could have asked for me to contact them directly, not the store with the problem. This location literally STOLE almost $45 from me. I have kept my word and have not ordered dominos since. I now order Papa John's and they are prompt and courteous every time.

Ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza with extra sauce and parmesan bread bites for delivery. They got the order wrong. Took the order back to the store and they told me to remake was going to take 45 minutes. Unacceptable!!! When I asked for my money back they said they couldn't give me my money back. I didn't eat the food and the next morning I went in to speak with the store manager. Turns out the store manager was the person from the night prior. I have called their corporate office to no avail. Domino's has turned into a huge SCAM and I won't order from this location again. Do yourself a favor. Dijornos is literally the price of their delivery fee at Kroger, tastes better and you don't have the hassle. Save your money folks!!

UPDATE:. Why on Earth would I reach out to the same store that I already tried on 2 occasions to get satisfaction? That's insanity!!! Do you people read the reviews or just have a stock...

Decided to try the "two topping for $5.99". Nice price but no price value as they cut short on the toppings. I ordered 2 pizzas, one with ground beef and onions, second one with pineapple and banana peppers.

Really chintzy with the hamburger but onion ok. Nothing even close to the edge like Papa John's. Same with the other one, small amount of pineapple but peppers OK.

I would not try again cuz the regular price for a two topping is $12.99 and is a ripoff for that price.

UPDATE: The store manager called me about 2-3 hours after I posted this. She was very apologetic and said she will note my phone number in their records and the next time I order it will be FOC. Nice gesture

Second Update 10-23-18 Called to place an order FOC but as it turns out I do NOT get free pizzas. She wanted to charge me $11.00 for two pizzas. She said I had a $14.00 credit so that means the two pizzas I ordered would have been $25.00 at regular price. ...

Disappointed in this order. Our pizza was supposed to be pepperoni on half, but they put it on the entire thing, the breadsticks look nothing like advertised, not even close, and they tasted like pure grease and nothing else... my pasta tasted decent though, I got Alfredo with tomatoes and spinach, but it also could have been better because it only had 4 pieces of spinach. Lol (I know, first world problems) Delivery was contactless and the driver followed the delivery instructions. Overall, it was edible, but not worth the money at all in my opinion. I was trying to convince my son that Domino’s was better then Papa John’s and this was his first Domino’s experience, let’s just say they convinced my son to be a loyal Papa...
