
I've been to quite a few restaurants but never one as terrible as this one. My wife and I arrive around 4:50ish and we get seated. We immediately got forgotten about for about 10-14 minutes, so we don't even get a drink. Eventually someone comes over and we are able to ask for our drinks. Before I am able to tell the waitress I would also like to order a glass of wine she immediately turns around and runs off. That's fine sure. Another 15 minutes go by as it's now past 5:30 and we finally receive our two teas. I once again attempt to order my wine and she immediately leaves again. About 30 minutes go by and she comes back and finally takes our order. I am able to place an order for the Lobster Ravioli, and my wife orders some pasta. For an app we order the cheesy potatoes. This is the last we see of our waitress for almost an HOUR. It's around 7pm when our damn appetizers finally arrive. We try them and they are so bland it tastes like we are eating boiled potatoes. It has cheese and bacon, but you can't taste them AT ALL. I send it back and ask how much longer until the food will arrive (Keep in mind it's been an hour since we ordered, and we are just NOW getting the app). The waitress has no idea. So, since I figure we are about to be there for another hour or so I order another drink. This one arrives in a reasonable amount of time. Maybe like 8 minutes or so. Eventually it hits 8pm. We ordered over 2 hours ago and all we have received so far is 2 teas, 2 mixed drinks, and an appetizer that I had to send back because it was too disgusting to eat. At this point I've given up on receiving our food. It clearly is NOT going to happen so I ask my waitress to just forget about the food and bring me my check so I can go get some food anywhere else as I'm far too hungry to wait another hour. About another 10 minutes go by and I'm getting really angry, so I go in to get the check myself and I speak with the manager. I inform him that I want the check and my food and app to be taken off as I did not receive a damned thing outside of our drinks. He goes in the back and immediately brings out our food... It had been sitting in the back for God knows how long because they forgot about it. I tell him I don't want it now and that I want my check. I FINALLY get my check and I had to have them remove everything but my mixed drinks (Which honestly should've been free since I wasted about 3 hours here waiting for my damned food). I will NEVER come back to this POS restaurant and the fact it has any returning customers is beyond baffling. Terrible management, no communication whatso ever, wait times are 70x longer than they should be, And the food we DID manage to get was so bland that I doubt even one grain of salt touched it. Save your money and time and eat anywhere else. Dogfood would actually be a better alternative, at least then you wouldn't have to wait 3...

Today me and my family went to milanos We were sitting there eating and there was a hair in my food regardless if it was on top or in the food whatever I pointed it out. I have red hair not dark brown almost black. We first point it out to the server. I was then asked if it was on there loosely (as if it mattered) an asked if I could pick it off as she stated "i knows it's unsanitary" girl what??? Then the manager was called over saying he don't have anyone here with that color hair ( the server literally had straight dark brown hair.) Which to be fair that came off as like we were trying to stage it to get it took off which is one crazy because before i seen the hair im not going to lie i was eating it up but two my mom comes here often. Anyways after that they both were standing there trying to argue with us for a couple minutes we were just ready to leave . Nobody else ate their food but a couple of bites. Maybe 4 bites max. So They took my food off but you know at that point nobody ate we shouldn’t have been made to pay. My mom still did anyways. Her being her she goes to pay and she states we eat here all the time it wasn't about paying at all and that he made her feel like we were just trying to get it took off. The manager then says I don't know, I feel the same as you . As a hispanic when I go where your people are I feel that way. I feel like they think I'm lying. Then asked if we wanted to go boxes after finding hair in our food. I was hungry yall. I'm actually upset because I love their baked ziti but damn not with hair and an argument to go with it. Lastly my mom told him before leaving this was going to make a great review he then proceeded to say “whatever makes you happy ma’am” lol well I guess it will make me more happier then being asked to pick a piece of hair off my food and then being told “us people” make him feel like he’s lying. Read moreFirst time going to this restaurant. First we were seated in a smaller room off from the main dining room. No problem there except there was a strange offensive odor. We asked if we could be seated elsewhere and were accommodated immediately. The meal was nothing but delicious. The food was piping hot and the taste was unimaginably well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Our server Felix was attentive and professional. Not one aspect of his service was unacceptable. Polite, informative, and helpful. On Sundays it 10% off for senior citizens and when I ask if I got 10% off he assured me absolutely I would. The issue I had with Milano is that when we got the bill, I had not been given the senior discount and the item I ordered had a higher price on the bill than on the menu. I addressed this with Felix and he went to ask and get it corrected. The next bill they had given me, the senior discount was applied but they had not adjusted the price of the meal to the price listed in the Menu. I once again pointed it out and told Felix it was fine we'd pay it but I just wanted them to be aware of the discrepancy because it made their business look dishonest. However Felix took my receipt once again and had it adjusted. It'd be a shame if such a nice restaurant got a bad reputation of showing one price and making it seem they were scamming people by charging the higher price. A great dining experience and I hope whoever is in charge of doing the menus and settling prices read this review and make the necessary adjustments needed to improve certain aspects of this dining experience.
