I will not be returning to the store I was sitting here from another store in the previous county because they did not have the product and told me the store did I talk to the manager of my local store in person to ask if it was okay to do an exchange for a new product the doyle anvil anvil is the previous one that was bought October 26th of 2022 my store told me that it would be no problem to do the exchange and just to pay the difference but they did not have the ambulance stock so to go to Shelbyville and do it there there should be no problem upon arrival I had nothing but issues the manager refused to do it stating that they're 90 day policy is clear and accused me of lying about the purchase date to the previous manager they stated that they were under the impression it was still within the 90 days when sending me their way and I didn't lie to anybody they're the ones that pulled my purchase up on my account and told me the date I do not recommend the store at all it should be company wide to honor when another...

Another VERY POOR customer experience at this location. Asked an employee who was playing on his phone to help me find a watch tool. I showed him on my phone, and he shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know where that's at. I said ok, well it says here you have one in stock. "Yeah I don't know". Ok...so can you help me ? So he proceeds to ask on his radio..."Yeah he said he has never heard of it". Ok....so can you help me look for it ? "Ugh ok fine". Takes me to pliers isle and walks off. I proceed to the checkout, assistant manager looks it up and takes me right to it. I told her how her employee treated me, and she just giggled. What a joke. No way to treat a customer.
