Went to pick up my ring that was getting sized. It was due to be finished that day. After getting there he searched for my ring for about 15 minutes looking everywhere and could not find it. He even asked if someone else picked it up. Then his excuse was that he takes work home and it was probably there. He would bring it to the shop the following morning. When asked if I could get a text telling me he found it he flipped and said his shop closes at 5:00, he would not be texting. He was yelling at me, when it was my valuable ring he “misplaced”.
Owner began to yell at me accusing me of being rude and wouldn’t leave his store and come back the next day. Again, all I asked him as a new customer, when he got home and located my ring, to please call me and confirm. However, he felt as if that was asking too much of him.
After leaving I received a follow up call that the ring WAS actually there at the store for me to return. Upon returning, he acted as if nothing had just happened.
One thing that stood out the most to me if his sense of arrogance. He was yelling at me in front of another customer and even went as far as to say “look in my cases. I have a million dollars worth of stuff here. Why would I steal your ring?” I continued to respond “I didn’t say you stole it. As a business owner you aren’t handling this the best way. As a customer bringing to you a personal valued item such as a ring, you shouldn’t be yelling at me”.
I’d never recommend anyone use this guy again. Totally a bad experience and wouldn’t wish it happen to...
