This store has had some past internal staff problems. I had wrote this review cause of the way treated. Now, this freaking hot beautiful girl name Crystal has taken over the store and she actually talked to me concerning my review. She apologized for the past and explained some things. I really appreciate Crystal taking the time to actually care about the decent customers as well. The franchisee of this store has absolutely no business ethics. We rented furniture for a booth at our state fair( the booth is inside and air conditioned) to be delivered on a Thursday, after telling me that they were loading and would arrive in about an hour. As I was driving to the fairgrounds we wer informed that the district mgr. decided he would cancel all the contracts for the customers who were going to be at the fair. Nice job. My “new” couch broke 2 days after having it. I called 6 times to get it fixed… 3 weeks later someone came took out the broken part of the couch and said they would send someone to fix it. I have call 2 times already they said the manager would call me back and she still hasn’t. I will NEVER use this company again!!!! I am also going to tell everyone i know in this county of their incompetence...
