“THIS HAPPENS MORE THAN YOU THINK!” The last few times I ordered DoorDash from this location I did not receive my entire order. I finally called this evening to try and get a refund after my Dasher told me they did not give her my complete order. The employee tried to blame her at first, but I continued arguing and he finally admitted that “this happens more than you think.” He went on to explain that their “pickup door system is confusing” so delivery workers often don’t see entire orders and leave some behind. I asked for a refund again after he admitted fault, but he refused, placing the blame on DoorDash drivers again. I tried to explain to him that no other restaurant in the area has this problem but he couldn’t seem to grasp my point and still refused to help in any way. If you know your system is confusing and you have a recurring problem with deliveries, try to solve the problem instead of scamming your customers. I live locally but just started eating here a few months ago thru DoorDash, but not anymore. Literally any other pizza place in town is better, this is the only one that doesn’t care if their customers actually get the food...

This review is based on the online and advertised description of the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni Pizza of its having as much as 100 pieces of pepperoni. If you bought the pizza in Bridgeport, WV, you would see that this is true. However, on two occasions when we bought the pizza at the Boone Station Little Caesars in Shelbyville, KY, this has not been true. I thought a comment was warranted when we found our pizza had less than 50 pices of paper-thin pepperoni for the second time! Don't be fooled. You will now pay $10.99 for the originally priced $9.99 pizza. Corporate, you need to look into this location. They are not representing your Brand well. We have been trusting customers for decades. The cashier's comment was, "We put a lot of pepperoni on it." Why pay more for what appears to be nothing more than the Hot and Ready...
