Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kentucky

I have had way too many bad visits to this taco bell location. it seems like it's the late evening night shift that just cant seem to get things right. My recent visit I requested 4 different menu items and they had none of them to offer , they then said we have cinnamon twists though their good, we said ok sure give us those. When we got out food we checked it and there was no cinnamon twists in the bag, we let them know and when we got home and started eating the twists we realized there was no cinnamon at all ,just taste like butter and the tacos I got had food from other products smeared on the inside and outside of the wrap paper for the tacos I took pic . I called them to complain and the phone just rang and rang and when some1 would pick up nothing was said and they would hang up whether I said anything or not bcuz this happened at least 5 times probly more and I just kept calling and nothing so I called another location nearby and she said call 1800 taco bell. So I called and they offered me 10$ my next visit or that some1 from corporate would call me in the next 3 days. Never got that call from them. Last visit we made to this location there was some issue again and I had no luck getting it solved with this location on boone station road in shelbyville, ky. Also at our most recent visit 2day we waited at the order menu for 5mins I then asked if they had asked us if there ready to take our order, she said yes what can I do for you, when actually they had never said a word until I spoke to them. Buncha high school age kids that obviously dont care and the manager must be trash at his her job bcuz it shows big time. I give them a billion thumbs down, cant stand this place and will never come back even tho I live 2mins away, I'd rather drive across town than come here ever again!!! Absolutely awful service never go to this location EVER!!!! The same goes for the KFC next door , there absolute trash too and no I'm not getting into all that but...

Look through the pictures I finally figured out how to post them. The pictures they are showing online must be ones they make especially for the pictures because I can assure you their food never looks like these pictures THE stuff does not look like this.Went last night 9-13-/23. 6:30 pm ,worse then before !!! Taco was empty !! Trying to post a picture of it. Where do I post a picture? Never,ever go there again!!!5 times and there is never EVER anything in the taco s, or anything they make. The steak chalupi 4.00 and has NOTHING IN IT. bad business$@!#$Thought I would try it again just recently and I swear both things I ordered had nothing in them one had nothing but sour cream and a few sprinkles of cheese, where was the meat and the tomatoes it was ordered and again nothing was in it. Then I had some taco Supremes again same thing there was like maybe a baby teaspoon full of meat, no sour cream, two or three sprinkles of cheese, and these were taco Supremes. Obviously you can’t go through their drive-through. Because if you do when you get home you’re in for a rude...

I recently visited the Taco Bell in Shelbyville, KY, and had a great experience.
