My husband and I made the decision to upgrade from a queen to a king. We shopped around and found that BoxDrop Valley Station had the best prices within a 100 mile radius. It took us a few weeks to gather all of our information and Bill was the employee who helped us. He was SO patient and knowledgeable about all of the mattresses. I explained that I had back issues and was very picky about my mattresses. There were about 15 display options in store and he had every mattress in stock. I wanted to make sure we got the best mattress possible without breaking the bank. We finally decided on a hybrid mattress and we LOVE IT!!!! Not to mention, we looked at this mattress at a store a few miles away and it was over $1,000 more. Everything is brand new, in plastic (when I saw the great prices I thought they were used!) and the store is extremely clean. I purchased a mattress. From there and I got screwed, and talked into a mattress and a ridiculous amt of one and got charged a lousy for 1,000 and a bed frame costed 200.00 and when we went home ,to set it up the mattress was lumping with not support like it said it was going to be and now both side are caving in ,we then called the "drop box " store and told him the owner, about all the problems with this garbage they sold me. It was suppose to be a mattress that didn't need a box spring but in reality it need a box spring to support the garbage mattress, so in reality I didn't realize it in the store until I came home with it it is the worse mattress I ever urchased so don't buy one from there bc you will not be happy with it.
