There was a huge water puddle on the floor in front of the beverage area. I saw a customer slip in the water. I told employees that this needed immediate attention. After five minutes, someone came out and placed warning signs. I had to instruct them to move the signs to contain the whole area. As we waited on our take out order, cold coffee was served to a customer. The staff didn't have anything ready and told him that they would have to make a fresh batch of decaffeinated. However, they handled him his take out order. He still didn't have his coffee. We were order 105, three other orders were served and we were still waiting for ours. I asked an employee and he responded that he had no clue as he had just gotten on the shift. I asked him to get me answers because I only ordered a filet o fish, quarter pounder, fries, and drinks. He did nothing. I saw two other orders get completed. I knew that the order ticket had been lost in the prep line. Read moreI used to only want to go to this location because they were always quick, polite, and acknowledged the customer. The past few times recently have been the opposite. Tonight I walked up to the counter and waited about 4 minutes before even being acknowledged. I knew they were busy so I didn’t mind. I ordered 13 cookies and before I could even ask for a receipt, the person taking my order had walked away. I sat near the counter and waited so I would be out of the way of other customers, and I waited almost 20 minutes, just for cookies, while all but one customer who had ordered after me had gotten their food, drinks, deserts, etc. When the employee set them on the counter she barely acknowledged me and just walked away, and the box was practically falling apart from the bottom. I’m not typically the one to complain. I worked in food service and I know how stressful it can be, especially when short staffed during a rush, but this was extreme, even for me. Read moreUpdate : it’s been a while since I wrote this original review that was the final straw in a string of horrible experiences. I still occasionally stop for a soda on the way to my destination. It does seem to have improved to at least a decent experience. Employees seem to have it together and I haven’t had further bad experiences.
I'm not sure why I have ever returned to this location other than its near another business I go to regularly. Not even once has my experience been "decent". The order is either wrong or it takes forever to get my order and usually both. Today takes the cake. When I told them (from the drive thru holding spot- shocker) that the frozen lemonade was the wrong flavor, she took it back then came back out a moment later, handed it back to me and advised that's how they make them now.
