Dear Wendy’s Customer Service,
I’m writing to report a very disappointing experience I had at one of your locations. I went through the drive-thru and found that part of my order was missing when I got home.
I called the location immediately to resolve the issue and asked if my name could be added to the book so that my food could be replaced on a future visit. It took six separate phone calls before Brandon finally answered. When I was finally able to speak with the manager, he was extremely unprofessional and rude.
He refused to help me unless I had the receipt, despite the fact that I explained what was missing and when I was there. I also asked if he could check the cameras to confirm what was (or wasn’t) placed in the bag, but he flat-out refused. There was no effort to help or resolve the issue in any way.
To make matters worse, I live 45 minutes away from this location, so returning the same day wasn’t a realistic option. I expected basic customer service and fairness, but I received neither.
This is not the level of service I expect from a brand like Wendy’s. I would like a resolution for the missing food and some accountability for how I was treated by the staff. Please let me know what you can do to make this right.

Read moreI stopped by here for dinner twice within the same week for my kids and I because my wife is in the hospital right around the corner. The first time, I ordered 2 Triple Baconator Combos. 1 of those was supposed to be Bacon and Cheese ONLY and the other was Regular. The 3rd meal was The Son of Baconator Combo w/ Bacon and Cheese ONLY. I got home and the two Baconator Sandwiches had NO BACON on them and the Regular Baconator was sloppy but also had onions and tomatoes on it but wasn't supposed too. So then my second visit, I ordered the same order and this time I got 1 piece of Bacon on each of the Baconator Sandwiches but they were still sloppy!! So just between those two trips, I paid almost $90. I know that it's close and convenient to the Hospital but for that kind of money and for the orders to be messed up twice, I would rather drive further out of my way and grab something else for dinner than to waste my time and...

My order was prepared pretty quickly with a minimum of fuss although the cashier initially forgot to give me a cup for my soft drink. The shop is interestingly decorated with posters about the importance of adoption and inspiring messages on the same subject, giving the shop a more personal feel.
The vibe is rural Indiana as befits the outskirts of Shelbyville which in fact is rural Indiana. The location is convenient, just north of US 74 on the less busy side of Highway 9 (going away rather than towards Shelbyville proper).
