McDonald's — Restaurant in Sheldon

This McDonald's is by far the worst for order accuracy. How hard is it to put 4 sanwiches, 4 fries, and 4 nuggets into a bag. This staff has an impossible ability to count to 4. Becuse of this error and the fact I have driven 10 miles away. A person now does not have a meal to eat. I personally want to thank and offer my training ability to count to 4 to the manager and all the employees. I can not think of a time that there has not been some issue or missing item from this McDonald's. It is a shame that there is not one with in 30 miles of this one or I would gladly try them. If I am offered some sort of credit or refund, factor in the milage I would have to drive to fix this error on your behalf. Fuel is not cheap and neiter is my time. I will be posting warnings to others on Yelp and Google to warn other to count what they got before leaving as this McDonald's loves to steal its customers money and not give them what they paid for.

I suggest cleaning house and starting from fresh with a new staff that can actually do what they are...

Annoyed is an understatement. I am slow to judgement because I know that Mcdonald’s can be busy but these are some experiences I have had lately. I ordered Chicken nuggets and they told me to pull into a drive thru reserve spot. I ended up sitting there for 20 min before going in to search for my order, the staff argued with me and said that they didn’t see my car but I pulled right to the spot they told me to… great cover up for forgetting someone’s order. A week or so later I ordered a s’mores mcflurry, I was handed an oreo mcflurry with ice cream dripping down the sides, now tonight i ordered 2 sandwiches again got told to pull ahead. I sat there for 20 mins again watched 8 cars in the drive thru reserved spots get their food and the drive thru empty out before I asked for my food. I finally got my food from an individual who I watched smoke a cigarette before handing me my bag. And the sandwiches were basically deconstructed in the wrapper. Service...

Super slow and a lot of inconsistent orders. Appears to be the same from most others too. Not worth the time really. If you're using the drive-thru don't bother.

Edit: Went back to this McDonald's because it was open at 5:30am, yet when I got there at around 7 they had the menus and everything on. I pulled up to the drive thru and nobody was speaking so I drove up to the window and there was a woman standing at the first window and she just stared at me like nothing was going on. Drove back up to the front and one of the employees was just standing outside smoking. I'm not sure if the hours were incorrect or they really just didn't want to bother serving anyone. I wasn't the only person that waited in the drive thru for nothing. Management has to just be completely unaware and awful here. Everything runs smoothly at all the other area McDonald's. Just...
