I do online orders and they are always ready on time and the moment you walk in the door you are greeted and asked how they can help you. Edit We are entertaining vegetarian guests and live 30 minutes from town. We ordered a Supreme pizza with all meat options removed for them. They picked the order up on their way to our home. After taking a bite, they noticed it was loaded with sausage. It was too late to return to the store. I'm a meat lover, but I understand how shocking and revolting that must be to a vegetarian. Picking up a call in. Waited about 5 min for "Chloe" to acknowledge i was there and the only one in the store. Finally j said i was just here to pick up a call in. She replied she would be with me in a few min. Meanwhile, she continued to talk to her co-worker. When she rung me out and I handed her $100 bill and she appeared mad, huffed, marked it and looked at it. Asked if she had a long day in which she just glared at me, handed my change without counting it back and i was on my way. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Artichoke Delight pizza and they made something of a blend between a chicken ranch and what I ordered. I called to get it replaced later, as I already had to go home and back to get the coupon that I forgot and need to feed my kids dinner. They refused to replace the pizza that they messed up unless I brought it back. This policy is confusing to me, as I know that they can't even take the pizza back to the kitchen, as it is already IN THE OVEN. If I were ordering from Pizza Hut or Domino's, they would have just given me a free pizza on a later date. Guess I'll be ordering from them from now on, great customer service...
