Chicken nachos Fillet tips Chicken Caesar salad 2x eredta palomar 2x  fuzzy baby ducks

It did not start out well, the wait staff took 15 minutes to even acknowledge us, and only after we flagged her down. Typically I would like to start out by reviewing my appetizer, unfortunately it never showed up, after nearly 2 hours and 2 reminders, our nachos never arrived. The dinner and drinks were excruciatingly slow, and I cannot blame our server as she was the only one for the entire bar, I blame the management and leadership. There was what looked like a manager milling about but doing very little to actually help the situation, and fill in for the clearly understaffed evening. The worst part was watching people show up and sit around the tables next to us and receive their drink while we patiently waited over 30 minutes for no drinks. When we asked the server there was no real answer other than, "I'm the only one here" .

Needless to say, when you show up to a bar\restaurant at 7pm and still haven't received your appetizers, dinner, or second round of drinks by 9pm, there is a gross mismanagement of the establishment.

We certainly won't be coming back and I'll plan to warn everyone I know in the area to avoid this place like the plague.

Atmosphere was ok, bathrooms were a little weird with cut in half kegs in the men's room.

The hostess\manager eventually came over to our table to let us know what's going on and get on top of things to try and fix the situation, she was pleasant and comped a round of drinks, and completely took over the service of our table. But I still never got my nachos, and at this point I don't want them , ever.

Caesar salad was acceptable, light on chicken

Steak tips were tasty but over cooked, and were supposed to be accompanied by horseradish, but it was just a cup of mayo.

..... And yet more to complain about once the checks arrived, they added an automatic 20% service charge to the bills, not for nothing, when the service is garbage, I'm not in a generous enough mood to...

Normally a great place to be, but was the worst place to be on Memorial Day weekend. Came in on Monday with my buddy and his date and was given pretty great service at the beginning of our time here. However, our good time was pretty short lived when the second shift bartender came in and gave the worst service humanly possible. I do not know her name, but I remember her wearing a white tennis hat with a pink shirt (or something of that nature). Whoever she was, she was everything but nice and she straight up bullied my friend’s date. She had us waiting over 45 minutes just for green tea shots and waters (which we never even got to put in). I purposely held my debit card out multiple times, tried waving her down and even (at one point) tried telling one of the other guys ordering drinks to place an order for us. Needless to say, we were never served. After multiple failed attempts at obtaining service, I grabbed my girlfriend and headed elsewhere for a drink. My buddy, however, stayed behind and decided to try his luck a couple more times. With no luck, he then decided to close out his tab and that ultimately led to mayhem. The woman had him wait an additional 20 minutes to close, made his date cry and then continued to yell at him and everyone surrounding him at the bar. While trying to close, my buddy mentioned that he was waiting a while to close out. Shortly after he said this, she threw my buddy’s receipt clean at his face and attempted to hold his debit card to further prevent him from leaving. She then started yelling at people surrounding my friend. This led to very loud and uncomfortable questioning of her service. She went up and down the bar basically asking people to survey her service.

Long story short: the second shift bartender was the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life, clearly not very good at her job and has a serious attitude problem. A couple of my buddy’s are regulars here, but that won’t be for too...

tl;dr - food was delicious, Atmosphere was nice, could have been a little cleaner but it was NOT a big deal. Service was Great

Placed my order at 12:10 or so, for pick up. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Awesome. I head on out to get it (I'm about 12 minutes away, perfect!). I arrive. I want to say I didn't actually get the food until 12:45. Kind of a rough break if you only have a 30 minute lunch. But you know, I'm over it. I was hangry. Compounding this issue, I somehow managed to pick the only seat at the bar that had some kind of oily mess all over the counter top. I saw another customer leaving as I was entering, could be the bar tender didn't see it, because the oil was clear. I didn't even see it. Got it all over my hands though. Definitely felt like Olive Oil. Sucks.

So I was annoyed at having oily hands, and having to wait.

But before I could even like, mention it/complain, the cook of all people, made it right. I don't want to get anybody in trouble, so I'm not going to say how he did it, but I will say the Staff here are VERY friendly, and I really like that.

The Cherry on top is this- I have had a lifelong aversion to onions. I have no idea WHY that is, but as long as I can remember, I have been physically repulsed by onions, to the point that if I see onions in something, I cannot eat it.

This Chili was so damn good, it didn't even matter. The tater tots were a little soggy but hey, Chilli Cheese Tater tots be like that.

This food was GOOD.

This was my first visit here with my partner, and I had high hopes based on the reviews, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The atmosphere was ok, and the place has potential to be a cool vibe, but the bathroom was in terrible condition—dirty, smelly, and uninviting. The food left much to be desired. The hot honey wings were tasteless, with a watery sauce that didn’t adhere to the wings at all, making them look unappealing even after being sent back for adjustments. The mozzarella sticks were overly breaded and tough, while the chicken, bacon, and ranch dish was disappointing, featuring cold ranch that tasted overwhelmingly of dill. I won’t be returning here. The only positive aspect was our waitress, Ivy, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and seemed to be managing a lot on her own. However, I was taken aback when the bartender, who had braids, was in the restroom next to me and smelled strongly of marijuana. Ivy did inform the manager about our food issues, but he didn’t bother to address us directly about our experience. Instead, he offered a mere 15% discount on our over $100 bill, which felt like an insult. It’s simply not worth spending that much when there are better options available for food and atmosphere.

The food was amazing and the atmosphere was entertaining. I gotta say when it came to the service, it could've been better. I went with 2 of my buddies around 11pm and stayed until 1:30am. There were only 2 bartenders to take orders. It took 30 minutes for us to get our bill, my friend had to get up from our table and tell the girl we were ready for our bill. Then it took 30 minutes to get our bill back with our cards. On the menu it says "20% gratuity added to guest over 4 people". There were just 3 of us and when we got our bill it was on our receipt. My friend told the manager this and she just told us we can get 10% discount. They could of just entered the sale again and just don't charge the gratuity. First impressions are everything folks and I don't think we'll come back.
