I typically don't do reviews because I don’t often has an experience worth mentioning as I do my best to speak positively. In this case I had a wonderful experience with this location due to Noemi’s wonderful customer service. I have been here before and not only was the food lacking but customer service was non existent. My kid was hungry and this was the closest thing to us at the moment. Noemi exudes an energy of warmth and kindness. A beautiful woman with a beautiful smile that radiates compassion and kindness. She was very attentive to my order and smiled at my kids, she took her time to repeat my order and did not rush or make me feel like an inconvenience. She sets the standard and is a true gem. I will come back happily because I know as long as Noemi is working here the whole restaurant will benefit and I believe her care is strong enough to carry through even on her days off. I sure hope shes paid accordingly to her value and not overworked. Thank you Noemi for your amazing customer service. It goes beyond my food experience into the experience I have for my day. We just left the restaurant about ten minutes ago, that would be before they close, as now I'm home writing this and it's only 10:02pm right now. The girl started to greet me when another woman cut her off on her head set and told me they were closed. Then why was the other girl ready to take our order. I said, "oh, I didn't know you closed before ten and she said yes. They couldn't make fries or the fryer wasn't working or some lie. So everyone else could order ahead of me? It was fine for them? This is getting ridiculous that people don't feel they need to complete their jobs and responsibilities. I will be calling tomorrow and speaking to someone. We all work hard and when we're willing to spend our hard earned money on your establishment, you should treat your customer base better instead of just wanting to get out of there as fast as possible. I work in the service industry. If I treated people that way, I'd be lucky if I still had a job. Next time come up with a better lie and make sure you let your...

Jose and Yvonne are AWESOME! Jose is always on point at drive thru. Very friendly and caring. Yvonne comes to say a quick hello to us when we order. She is kind and friendly! You can see them hustling back and forth. Kick as× team! I appreciate there enthusiasm and eager to please everyone. Never appearing stressed out ever! They always get our order correct, always fresh, efficient and made with love! I LOVE seeing the same team ❤️ ... Makes it feel like a family business. My pup enjoyed his burger too!!!!

The place is very clean... They stay open until actual closing lol... Jalapeño poppers are amazing... Jalapeño Burger is SOOOO delicious, the sauce is perfect... Prices are the best! And did I mention you can tell the food is prepared with so much care and love!
