Unprofessional manager!!!! We ordered delivery this afternoon for lunch and our delivery driver called us and informed us that the manager on duty today was refusing to read the order on our driver's phone and was trying to refuse handing her the order!!!!We overheard how the manager was speaking to our driver when our driver was just trying to do her job and show the manager her phone so the manager could verify the order but the manager threatened our driver from what it sounded like over the phone, said she was going to report our driver!!! All our driver was trying to do while on the phone with us was get the order she showed up for!!! She was just doing her job!! Our driver was even giving my husband's name to the lady and she was rude the whole time so we ended up canceling our delivery after the phone call ended and we reported the mistreatment to doordash customer support we also had to call and ask doordash for a refund and made it very clear that we were very unhappy with the level of disrespect the store manager has for people.
Drivers don't even make that much! Our daughter drives for Uber eats too and she tells me horrible stories like this all the time its a shame restaurants allow people to work for them when they are this rude. Unbelievable!!!!
To our driver we are sorry you experienced this type of mistreatment and we hope you didn't lose out on getting paid after we canceled again sorry for the way the manager treated you we're positive you wont see this but we are sorry.
To the store manager though you need to treat people better and not be so rude and you need to stop threatening delivery drivers because you dont want to read their phones and verify the orders they are there to pick up.

We did get a refund through doordash and they canceled the drop off because by the time the driver finally got the food we had been waiting for 15 almost 20 minutes for her to pick it up. We also called and let doordash know that the manager threatened to report our driver when she didnt do anything wrong.
We hope mcDonald's corporation takes customer service seriously and they get rid of whoever that lady manager they had in today.

Read moreIf i could give zero stars i would. We placed an order on the app for curbside pickup. For whatever reason when we arrived the app told us to go inside or through the drive through and provide the order number. Went through the drive through and was told we need to verify the order on the app. Verified the order but the employee who had our order stated his manager wouldn't let him give us our food until we verified. Theres was nothing more to verify as the app just had the receipt for the order. We called the manager outside to give us our food. At this point we had already been waiting 30 minutes so everything was cold. We asked if we could have it re made and the manager simply said "no you have your food, now leave" as he threw his glasses on the ground. Half of our order was missing so i went back to the store and told them we need everything remade and what was missing. I spoke to the manager yet again and he denied the whole incident and got in my face as if he wanted to fight or something. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable! Just when i thought it couldnt get any worse i get back home and we're still missing half our order and everything was still cold. They did not give us fresh food they simply took what i brought back around the corner and gave it right back to me. Thee person taking my order said “sorry were out of hash brown.” So I say “ no worries, I’ll wait for you guys to cook some fresh ones. And she responds with sorry breakfast is over so we just stopped hash brown. Seeing that McDonald’s was my first job I know for a fact that hash browns only take 3 minutes to cook. Meaning whomever the lazy restaurant worker in charge was, was just too lazy to do their job right. If they dropped the hash brown when I ordered they would have been done before 10:30. So I say Father Time would be disappointed and she responds with essentially what sounded like “were too lazy to make hash browns this close to breakfast ending.” - I mean that’s not word for word but that’s exactly how it felt. I just was super looking forward to a hash brown and because of lack of drive and sheer lacking capability I now am writing this review so that hopefully a manager sees and tells their workers to cook their food until they are supposed to stop, essentially just do your job...
