Customer Comments: to whom it may concern: I wanted to share a compliment with the company on an employee at the Sheridan Toyota section of Fremont Motors, his name is Jason Rainey. He has worked with my family for years, we often traded vehicles in the past for new ones through him and his sales department in the past. Lately, there is a few individuals working there that may need to brush up on their customer service/compassion skills. My husband was having diabetic issues in the foyer and I was trying to find out if we could get a loan vehicle for the day. I asked my husband a question and he could not answer properly, I realized I was having issues with my husbands health at the moment. I explained this to the person who I was working with and they just sat there looked at me deadpanned, and didn't offer any help with questions that I was needing answers to or assistance with my husband. I was frustrated after having a major issue with my highlander and I was low on sle! ep from working an overnight previously but I found Jason passing through the foyer, not only did he got someone to get my husband a snack but he helped provide answers to my problem. He was a wonderful compassionate employee that worked with us immediately. Please note that Toyota needs more salespeople and more classes to teach their employees to be exactly as such. Just yesterday on Sheridan upcycle, Toyota came up in topic from another responder and I immediately stuck up for Toyota, telling them to see Jason Rainey. He provides a good reputation for your company and Sheridan needs to see more customer service like he provides. Please commend him on customer service. Thank you The Carter Family I will be buying a vehicle in the future, probably a 4 runner and I will search out Rainey and if he cant assist me himself I know he will find the right person who can ( the next day another salesperson assisted my husband, my husband said this man did better) I believe my husband said his name is Jeffrey, found this out later, thank you Jeffrey for trying...
Read moreThis was the BEST car buying experience we have ever had! From start to finish... Thank you Shannon and Jake! You two were amazing to work with!
Shannon was honest, helpful, personable, and listened to what we wanted. There was no back and forth gimmicks... She was straight forward and gave us the best price for our trade-in right away (again NO sales games). I must also mention that their trade offer was between $6,000-9,000 more than ANY Toyota dealership in the state of MT. There were 3 dealerships in Colorado and one in Utah that also offered about the same or a little more than Fremont did for my trade.... So, if you live in MT and are car shopping, be aware that other states are offering quite a bit more for your trades!
Again, Shannon listened to us. I told her that we didn't want any upsales or extended warranties of ANY kind before arriving at the dealership to sign the paperwork. She then must have relayed the message to the finance department. And much to my surprise, Jake (Finance Gentleman) didn't try once to upsell us. I so appreciated that from both Jake and Shannon. A dealership that listens to their customers. Imagine that!
After signing the paperwork, Shannon went over every little detail and helped me get set up in my new Highlander. She made sure I understood what the features and functions were before I left their lot. I didn't feel rushed at all. She was very thorough, making the overall car buying experience even better! It was totally worth the 2 hour drive down to Sheridan to make our purchase.
I highly recommend Fremont Motors Toyota of Sheridan, Wyoming for your next auto purchase. If you want a no pressure sales environment, positive and honest experience, with a Sales department AND Finance department who generally seem to care about their customers' satisfaction and overall buying experience, then Fremont Motors Toyota is the...
Read moreOn August 26 2025 we stopped for the night in Sheridan while traveling on our way back towards home to Arizona. Our 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid started to develop a rolling noise from the front end that seemed to increase with the temperature of the day. After some research on the internet we found the Fremont Toyota dealership and decided to have the vehicle checked since we still had around 2,000 miles to reach home. When we arrived at the dealership service department our first contact was the very welcoming service advisor, Emily Richmond who checked with a service technician who could diagnose our rolling noise issue. After a while, Emily came to see us (my wife and I) in the lounge area to tell us that the front left wheel bearing was going bad and needed to be replaced; she gave us a repair estimation and told us that the service technician was proposing to stay late after regular service hours to fix our car. So we re-booked our hotel room for an extra night stay. On August 27 we went back to the service department to see the repair progress, Emily told us that the car was actually repaired and that the service technician was actually conducting a last road test and getting the car through the car was for us. My wife and I were really appreciative of the Fremont Toyota exceptional service team effort to get us back on the road in a safe vehicle. Thank you to the welcoming service advisor, Emily Richmond, and the very dedicated service technician...
