Wendy's — Restaurant in Sheridan

I've been in this store as both a Door Washer and customer....

Their customer service is attrocious. Yesterday, 8/10/21, was the last straw... A blond girl, who I believe is somehow a shift manager, was very rudely ignoring a line that extended past the door while she tried to finalize a date with a customer in front of us....The whole front staff ignored every customer in the store in order to have a casual conversation with these customers...

Interestingly I was only trying to get the new RnM Mello Yello flavors for my kids and I.....and it took over ten minutes for these people to hand me cups...that it...all they had to do was take my money and hand me some cups for drinks...OVER. TEN. MINUTES. In the meantime several other customers threw up their hands and walked out..

Which is the third time this week seeing paying customers leave in disgust...Remember I'm a DoorDasher as well....twice in just the last week, while waiting for an order than took the crew over 20 minutes to make, the crew, made up of many of the same people entirely ignored and entire line of customers, leaving many to walk out in frustration....In a single week, I saw at least 13 peeved customers walk out.

Would advise AGAINST going to this store, unless you are bored and wanting to use up some time, because it won't be fast on any level...

I refuse to run their orders until this miserable store gets their...

Great, Great Food… but ! Ultra small parking lot for about 10 cars had to park elsewhere as After Sunday Church Crowd was arriving. Only one Cash register of two was manned. Ultra long line took over 30 minutes to order. Small Wendy's and ran out of Tables quick. The kitchen staff were racing tho to fill orders. Drive-in Window was Super busy. Everyone was given 10% off their orders due to Long wait time. I've never heard of that before. It is the No. #1 reason I gave 5 Stars. We tried their new Burger Entree Bacon Burger with mild jalapeno peppers and it was fantastic. To be so overcrowded everything was clean/orderly. Men's bathroom was Ultra, Ultra clean and well stocked. The property outside was manicured as well. I think management does a great job and I"m gonna say that more likely than not that it was a Employee or maybe two that called off that caused the Second register not to be manned thus the Ultra, very long line. Plus management must deal with a very small building, smallest Wendy's I've ever been in. The locals must not mind the Sunday Crowd cause the Food is worth the Wait.. 5 Stars was Earned on this visit and I still highly, highly recommend...

UNBELIEVABLY RUDE manager on the night shift!!!! When asked if we wanted cheese and onions on a large chili, we said yes to both of them. We get to the window and pay for the food. When we checked to make sure everything was in the bags, NO ONIONS AND NO CHEESE!!! We asked about it and were told that cheese is an extra charge. We said we paid for it already, and the cashier who had no clue as to what we ordered called the shift manager over. The manager says it isn't on the order, so if you want it you have to pay for it. We asked who took the order, AMAZINGLY NO ONE KNEW WHO TOOK THE ORDER!!! THE MANAGER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSOLUTELY RUDE WHEN SHE SAID, IM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH THESE PEOPLE. TELL THEM IF THEY WANT IT, THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. Eventually, and after holding up the line for 10 minutes, they gave us cheese and onions in very tiny condiment containers. WENDY'S, IN SHERIDAN WYOMING, DOESN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT GETTING MY ORDER WRONG AGAIN BECAUSE I WONT EAT THERE AGAIN. Hopefully, the owner AND the store manager reads this review and takes care of this problem for the next person that orders chili with cheese...
