Ash & Barrel — Restaurant in Sherman

This place is exactly what this area needed. A place to sit and smoke a good cigar and have a drink. The seating area is huge with lots of places to sit with extremely comfortable seats and have a chess table to play at. Their humidor is big with a great selection. Can't wait to see when it's completely filled. Whiskey and beer selections are really great as well. I've already recommended several people to go and check it out because it's awesome. My only complaint is the whiskey prices are way too high. A standard neat/rocks pour is 2 ounces but it's charged by the ounce. The price of 2 ounce pour should be what they are charging for a 1 ounce pour. I know that they just opened and haven't had their grand opening yet so there still may be some things to work out. Other than that I definitely will be back and plan to make this a weekly go to. I am beyond excited...
