I have been a daily customer of this restaurant since I’ve moved here. The original crew that was there which I know people come and go being a restaurant manager myself. The food quality has gone down significantly and the customer service is just sad the bigger girl who is working the drive-through window is completely uncompassionate in caring when there’s a problem all she will say is OK ha ha. You tell her thank you for fixing your food and have a nice day and all she can respond is um OK I’m a very easy-going person and yes I was a little frustrated with the situation because this is constantly happening. They keep putting pork on my food when I do not eat pork, and I have to drive back and have them remake it, or try to substitute it for some thing, I understand a lot of people do not have experience in the customer service field. At the same time you should be much more professional and kind to your customers. I actually miss the old crew that was there. They were extremely friendly, and would go above and beyond for you, and the food always was delicious but now the food quality has plummeted, the members that remain at this location that are part of the old crew are fabulous and they have great customer service skills. The rest that are new do not I hope by writing this, and being upfront and honest about my opinion, will make a difference in the quality of food and customer service With the new team members that you have. My wife and I ordered the Avacodo toast 2 days in a row for breakfast it was great tasted great, but unless you ask for the Balsamic Vinigerette on the small side salad you're gonna get creamy garlic (directly from owner/manager). We contacted them and talked to the owner/manager on the phone and it was pretty much hey sorry that happened but it is the way we make that makes it convenient for us not how the customer wants it. Read moreI’ve gone several times and I want to like them so bad Because they offer so much and staff seem nice enough. BUT I can’t trust them to NOT put milk in my coffee. I order the same thing all the time and ALWAYS ask for oat milk. It’s a gamble here . They don’t listen all the time and half the time I get regular milk. I can tell the difference! The last time I got gaslighted and was told I didn’t ask for oat. Then they “remade” it, but for some reason it was remade fast when everyone knows how SLOW this location is at getting orders out.
