Kairo's Tacos has undoubtedly increased the property value of Sherman. The eats they offer is above and beyond any fast-food chain, their portion size is more than fair for the price, and the consistency of this place is almost unnatural.
Kairo's doesn't suffer from the food truck paradox where the price is high, but value is low. They have always delivered for a reasonable price tag. Furthermore, the place has the most rhythmic Hispanic music. Swing those hips while waiting on your burrito and/ or tacos.
However, I have to be honest about a recent visit. I ordered chips and queso. I was hoping to finally get some delicious, melted cheese, but I was hoodwinked. If the queso wasn't canned cheese, then I'll admit that Mark Wahlberg is a good actor ("what about the bees?). This has been my only issue in the multiple times frequenting this glorious location. If they fix this issue, then I will bump this review to 5 stars.

TONIGHT WAS AWESOME AND AMAZING!!!! These guys kicked it up a notch on the heat in the green sauce MAKING IT EVEN MORE AWESOME THEN IT ALREADY WAS and THEN the chicken taco meat was even more tender than it usually is!!!! So, technically that makes two extremely awesome surprises!!! keep up the awesome work guys My husband already tells all of his colleagues about how amazing your food is and we usually come once a week if not every other week, BUT, if this keeps up we are going to have to start coming at least two maybe three times a week and maybe we could even, as my husband suggested, come out and tailgate eat tacos and listen to your awesome music that you play in the evenings!!!!!
