It was our first time trying this food truck, my boyfriend had the quesabirria tacos & I had two gorditas & a tamale. My boyfriend said that his tacos were okay but not like he’s had before, I personally didn’t like my gorditas, They just needed more meat & seasoning, even my tamale needed more pork pero the little pork that it did has was very tender so that’s good. The sauces were a bit watery, The red sauce has good flavor but just too watery. This Taco truck was highly disappointing! NOTHING authentic about it at all!! I highly recommend they learn what REAL Mexican tacos are. There barbacoa is a joke,so is pretty much any other meat option. The tinga was the worst 🤮! It saddens me that so many people really think they are enjoying authentic Food 🤦I Will not be returning,the food was definitely not worth the price ,let alone the name they are trying to perceive the meats are . The pictures online did not match the food i received. Food was not satisfying. Ordered a quesadilla and it was cooked in old oil because it was saturated in brown oil .
