I've gone in this restaurant a few times and wasn't satisfied with the customer service. The young men working there waste time trying to impress the young ladies. I had to tell them there are people in line waiting to order or pick up food and they can talk to the young ladies after work or on their break. The last time I was there, I ordered at the drive thru. The order total was $7.03, but when I got to the window I was told the order was $8.09. The guy told me sometime the price is different from what on the drive thru screen versus what prints out on the receipt, but they're close. I asked him to give me the sandwich for the $7.03, he said no it's $8.09. I told him to keep the sandwich. He said I had to pay for it because it was already made. He then repeated $8.09. Now, what really made me write this review was that this morning, I had a mobile order and they know good and well they have to put mobile orders on the mobile order shelf. Instead of doing that, they had my food sitting on the counter behind them while making other peoples food. I was sitting there for a good 5 minutes on my order that was already finished. After physically going to 3 of the other locations, I ended up here, at 8:50pm. š¬ Hannah and John were friendly, smiling, the whole way. And when we were just about to pay--- another set of customers walked in too! š¤¦āāļø These two employees treated the next two customers just as kind even though they were technically closed! That's a rarity!
