This place is solid on all fronts. The food is consistent in execution every time I come, and is always of consistently excellent quality and taste. I’ve visited this location on multiple occasions, sometimes early in the day, sometimes during lunch rush, and most recently at 8pm, and the level of professionalism, warm welcome, and enthusiasm of the staff never wavers. The food is always a delicious and filling treat without leaving me feeling heavy and groggy. I always leave with a smile on my face.
I’d like to also shout out the assistant GM (if I remember) whose name is Jacob (hoping I remembered that correctly too). Jacob exudes everything we hope to see in the generation of young people getting their footing in the workforce now. There are so many stereotypes about them, and I just wanted to note how pleasant my experience with Jacob and the whole team on staff today was. Jacob acknowledged me when I came in and let me know that he would be right with me, as he was fielding a particularly large order from the person ahead of me in line. He pleasantly accommodated a special request for my order, and while I waited, we had a great conversation about our hobbies and how our weekends were going, cool events in St. Louis, and our outlook on challenges we face in life being opportunities for growth and development. I know that sounds like a lot, but in the probably five minutes that I was there, the conversation flowed very casually and comfortably. The ability to make pleasant small talk, while getting the job done with excellence and pride was so refreshing to experience. That guy seems like a great manager and an asset to the company, and I know he’s going to have a very successful future because of his work ethic, personality,...
Read moreThis restaurant deserves 10 Stars not 5. Because of the crew that made my sandwiches today. I thank them for making dinner for me today cuz I was too tired to cook I have been on the go since 5 a.m. , I was extremely tired today.
I ordered the Big Kahuna on a wheat bread also known as a Philly steak and cheese with extra items and my asked me to order him a club sub with extra bacon. The crew there was so polite so courteous so friendly. They went above and beyond to give me excellent service. My husband & I were so hungry when I got home that we forgot to take a picture of her sandwiches.
This is the first time my husband ever had Jersey Mikes. He said he will no longer go to an area competitor for his sandwiches he will be coming to Jersey Mike from now on. All of you were spectacular. I don't know how many people told you thank you for being there today when I'm sure you probably wanted to be with friends and families for the holiday weekend. But your work, dedication, service and professionalism does not go unrecognized. I will be reaching out to the corporate office to share my experience in hopes that theyy do something to show appreciation for hard workers.
Thank you again and have a Blessed day😇
By the way I love Jersey Mike's pickles. They have that perfect crunch they're not soggy they're not super sour they are perfect. They're right on the borderline of being kosher dill pickles which is something that it's...
Read moreI generally get excellent service and products at JMS, across the states. With my daughters and late wife food allergies they are a “go to” food stop when traveling. This particular store when I ordered my GF sandwich originally gave me a small sandwich, when ordering them from other stores I have always been given a full size sandwich due to the bread being individually wrapped. When I receive the sandwiches I noticed that I had paid $38 for two small sandwiches three drinks and three bags of chips. After challenging the price vs the product, I was given another small GF sandwich (no charge). The amount of meat was seemingly a lot more then normal but good. The GF bread was IMO not edible, already annoyed. I just ate the filling with a fork & knife. My other daughter enjoyed her normal sandwich well enough. The pic I posted, shows the shattered stale bread after trying to flatten it out a little for my 4year old to try and eat,...
