Dunkin' — Restaurant in Shippensburg Township

The morning crew..they are amazing!! I will go out of my way to tip them. The girls in the morning, and the female owner are literally awesome. My coffee was only made wrong one time..and that was a combo of the app and myself not communicating correctly. They fixed it with no problem and no complaints. They're always so kind and cheerful that early in the morning..and there is rarely a line at the drive-thru..if there is it moves rather quickly so it's not a huge deal anyways. Moral of the story..the morning crew is elite. Best baristas. If you want good coffee go in the morning..I swear you won't be disappointed.

Update 3/8/24 Still amazing. Literally never disappointed leaving this Dunkin. Do yourself a favor and bypass Chambersburg and Carlisle Dunkin and hit Shippensburg. You wont regret it!! Also they are literally rarely out of items on the menu. 10/10 would recommend.

Placed an order for pickup to be ready at 10 AM. It was prepaid so that all I had to do was swing through and get it. I arrived at 10:05 and decided I would walk inside to pick up my order. I walk in, and there is no one else in front of me. I proceeded to stand there for a couple of minutes before any of the 3 people working there even acknowledged my existence. When I am finally acknowledged, I tell the woman that I placed an online order for pickup. She points to the pickup area where a single coffee sits and walks away. So, I stand there until another young woman walks up and asks if she can help me. I explain to her that I had also ordered a dozen donuts. I hand her my order slip that was with the coffee, and she gets my donuts, apologizes for the wait and gets me on my way. The food and coffee were great. Overall, not a horrible experience. The second woman I had an interaction with was very friendly...

If I could rate a zero star I would. Walked into this store and there are 3 people working behind counter. No acknowledgement like , hi or good morning we will be right with you , nothing. So I wait patiently at the register . (I walked in at 714 am walked out at 7:30am) NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR ANYTHING. all they focused on was what they were doing and getting orders out to the drive thru. Not one even looked over at the register or the lobby. This is terrible . I would not recommend this store site, go through drive thru (I didn’t order or get anything because they never even noticed me standing there for ten minutes or even acknowledge me when I asked if anyone was working the register. ) one of the worst experiences especially when how your morning goes sets how your mood through...
