My recent visit to the Grand Rising Coffee Truck was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by their dedication to quality. My first drink was a SF raspberry Red Bull, which was, of course, great. BUT then she had me try her Sugarfree Red Raspberry lotus drink, and it was SO good. I will be going back tomorrow to get that Lotus drink AND a sandwich!

This is the spot to go if you are looking for Amazing coffee and amazing subs not only that but the services from Ashley is beyond this world I recently moved to Seattle and one random day I decided to go here and ever since then it’s my go to Ashley is truly a bright and healing soul she is wise beyond on her years and has made me feel happy and proud of my move to Seattle

My all time favorite espresso in the greater seattle area! This little coffee spot is the passion project of Ashley, a local chef who is the owner/operator/barista/chef at Grand Rising.
