Priced at $4-$5 a cookie (based on the quantity you order) I was expecting the worlds best cookie hot out of the oven. The cookies are just ok and were maybe baked that day, but not hot out of the oven. They are bigger than your average cookie and crunchy, not chewy. I tried the chocolate chip, iced oatmeal, peanut butter featuring snickers, and key lime. From what I understand they have some different choices depending on the day. The peanut butter was my favorite but still not worth the price in my opinion. The staff are friendly, the place is clean and bright. There is nowhere to sit inside so plan to take your cookies to the outdoor patio or on the road to eat. Exceptional service and pretty darn good cookies.

I picked up an order of four cookies (one each of hot chocolate, milk chocolate chip, birthday cake, and snickerdoodle) yesterday from the location in Henrico, and three of the cookies were inedible because of how undercooked they were. I sent an email to let the staff know, and Chris and Nick got back to me very quickly and offered not only a refund but a replacement set of cookies that Nick PERSONALLY DELIVERED to my house, which is 20 minutes away from the location, within an hour! Chris and Nick verbally communicated that they care about the experience that customers have with them, and it showed in what they did to make the replacement delivery happen so quickly. Plus the replacement cookies were cooked perfectly and are delicious :) some of their cookies are frosted and are NEXT LEVEL.

These are very large, decadente, soft melt in your mouth cookies. They have every flavor and combination that comes to mind to satisfy every person out there with unique picky or average tastes buds. There’s a cookie literally for every person whether you like your cookies warm and chewy or chilled and crunchy. I love the large selection their menu does change every week and the only hard part about that is if you fall in love with a cookie it’s gonna take you quite some time to be able to re-order that cookie again. The flavors last for one week and they changed out to new flavors so it could be very well couple months to a year until your favorite flavor returns.
