I encourange all who read this to please contact Corporate Subway about this store. When the manager is gone, the store is run with complete incompentence. They short you on the amont of meat they should put on sandwiches, they do not even know how to make a sub even if it is the special of the month or Corporate advertised. I would say, “ I want the sub advertised on the picture" and point to the wall, and they would asked me what I want on it. I reply, "I want that special sub, the one that's in the picture. Just like it is shown. " THEN THEY WOULD ASKED ME WHAT's ON IT? I say, " I dont know, I am not the one selling the sandwich". The staff just looks at you. I dont believe they can even understand English well, and if they do, they are just plain lazy and do not care. The staff there are not "Sandwich Artists". They are sandwich murderers. One time they threw away a gift card that I knew you had money on it, and told me that I did not have anything left on it. A different subway store that I just visited within the past week told me I had enough points to get a 12 inch sub on my subway points card, yet this store did not honor it and made me pay for it. They told me that their system changed, which I know is a bunch of bull. When I tried to politely tell them the error of their ways, they just look at me dumbfounded, with smirky little smiles. I believe Corporate Subway needs to take a long hard look at this location. In the meantime, if you visit this location I hope you have a better experience than I have the last several times. I put in an order through the app to take advantage of an app-only discount, but when I arrived for pickup (early, I knew I'd have to wait), the app said my order was cancelled/voided and to contact the store for info. I was right there in the store, but they couldn't tell me why the order was voided, and I confirmed that my bank card had the funds on hold with no problem. The store tried to tell me I could place the order right there and they'd make it, and the line workers said I could still get the discount; as I was verifying this, a man that looked like the manager spoke up and said that I could ONLY get the discount by using the app. Even though I was standing right there and showing them the app that voided my order.
I was tired before even placing my order and really didn't need this hassle (because the app is slow as anything and overall sucks), so we said to check with it and left to give our money to another restaurant...

Even though this location participates in the promotions Subway advertises, neither them or corporate will honor their offer if a technical glitch occurs. I used the app, clicked on the promo for FLBOGO and ordered. Got to the restaurant and they didn't honor the promo even after I showed them a picture of the order on my phone with the promo being applied. Oh yeah, corporate could care less too! Just another indication of our service industry on a downward trend... Seems like Wally World is a step up from the Subby experience, because Wally would make it right.... ...
