Five Guys — Restaurant in Short Pump

I do Uber eats delivery and I had an order at this location. I went in to pick it up and the cashier told me it had already been picked up, which didn’t make sense because no one else would be picking up this order except for me. When I asked again if they could check to see if the order went thru, they were very rude and told me it wasn’t there. I then asked if they could remake the order and they refused, being very rude and laughed in my face. Just as I was walking out, someone nearby witnessed the whole thing and told me that someone had kept the order for themselves and the staff was making jokes about it. This location is incredibly unprofessional, they steal food and they’re unbelievably rude and obnoxious. I would highly advice people to go to another 5 guys location. Five Guys is always fast and the food is good. This visit was no different. The staff was just okay not rude, just kind of going through the motions. I got a cheeseburger and it tasted just like it always does, which I appreciate good and consistent.

My husband went with a cheeseburger and added an extra patty, and he really liked it. We also shared a side of fries, which are always my favorite part. They're hot, salty, and there's always more than enough to share.

My daughter got the mac and cheese and loved it, and the boys got the kids’ hot dog and devoured it like usual. The food itself was great, no complaints there. Quick service. Friendly staff. The burger is fixed any way you like. Restaurant is clean and they have a great assembly line that prevents mistakes and helps to minimize your wait time. I only purchased a burger so this is all I can speak on regarding taste. While they did a great job on presentation and getting my order right, I thought the taste of the burger patty was plain. I didn't think my little hamburger alone was worth the five dollars paid. I noticed the cost of fries was $3 on the board. This was my first time trying them.
