Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Virginia

Prior to covid, I used to frequently coming here to get bubble teas. Good selections and friendly staff! At the beginning of covid, I drove by a couple times, and I saw there were staff there that didn’t wear masks. So I didn’t go in. After a few months have passed, I decided to give the place another try last week. They have done a much better job at wearing masks and developing processes on handling ordering and waiting. I was very happy about it. So I went again today. Unfortunately, I saw another staff didn’t wear masks and one didn’t wear it correctly. They seem to have good processes in place on handling covid but the staff don’t seem to follow through consistently. If you believe in wearing masks can slow the spread of covid, this business hasn’t done their part well. If you don’t care about wearing masks, they do have good bubble...

SHAME ON MANAGEMENT/ownership.

I’m in your establishment right now and your staff is completely under water in orders and guest. They do not have enough room or space to accommodate 25+ guest that are in the restaurant now. There is not enough staff. There is no room for the staff that is currently here. There is one bar back. NO FLOOR MATS? Are you kidding? The floor is soaked and slippery. That is an accident waiting to happen. There is not enough staff and where are you to be found?

Lead from the front. You mr./mrs. Owner should absolutely be ashamed of yourself. The staff is great and friendly, and quite honestly they deserve better....

I just recently discovered this location in the west end and was pleasantly surprised to find out we finally have one on my side of town. Normally, I have to drive downtown to get one so that meant not having it that often because I hate to deal with the parking issue. So, imagine my surprise to find one around the corner from my house! YES!! My daughter and I went and tried something new, a Mango Green Tea with boba and fruit jellie. Its a very good green tea only it needed a smidge more sweetness to it. The prices are great, this is definitely a go to spot from now on instead of going to starbucks. The drinks are better and they beet...
