It's an on par Starbucks in terms of quality of food and drink. Staff is exceptionally friendly, which puts it at 4 stars. Two issues I have frequently had. Ordering hot drinks, I ask for a venti, multiple times I was given a grande. Was only charged for a grande, but I asked for a Venti. And no matter how much I emphasize light ice, very light ice, for cold brew, because apparently Starbucks stopped offering Nitro in Venti, I always ALWAYS get the standard amount of ice. And let's be real, that's likely the reason Starbucks isn't offering Nitro coldbrew in Venti; there's no ice and like everywhere else, there's shortages. No ice, can't dilute the product. But in all seriousness, light ice, please, I just want it cold. Stop packing in the ice.
Edit: They had been doing really well consistently for awhile. Until today (9/29) Ordered one drink and they just gave me black coffee. Considering I paid for a latte-level drink and only got black coffee, I was definitely gyped. Error probably happened when they didn't even stick the order sticker on the cup to ensure accuracy. And considering how disgusting Starbucks coffee tastes on its own, I'll be avoiding the location for awhile to avoid that...
Read moreThis store in particular has gained my passive aggressive love/hate for the wild ride they put me through. See, these guys let us borrow one of their partners to work at our store. He was only supposed to be here for like 2 weeks but somehow ended up staying for like 4 months? Idk. Anyway, it was great, we bonded with this guy. Made him one of us and welcomed him with open arms. He became one of our best friends and we totally forgot he wasn't originally from our team. We were like a happy family. That is until dude bro decided to MOVE OUT OF STATE because he wanted to "StUdY pRoStHeTiCs To SaVe LiVeS"
Now we are weighted down by the crushing sadness of loss because our favorite guy has left us, and it's all thanks to this Starbucks for lending us such a great guy. Jerks. At least next time give us a terrible person to work with; that way we won't build emotional bonds that destroy you when the person leaves to further his education :C
8/10 could have been a better experience, but still worth the ride 👌👌
Oh and they also gave us a free table so thats a plus for the star rating. Very generous, we will use that table...

I hadn't planned on doing there but on the spur of the moment I thought why not, I hadn't had Starbucks since well before the pandemic. I'm not a coffee drinker but I do like the Frappuccino. So i go in and place an order. Now I know they are busy, they have a drive thru as well as people placing orders in the app. But the amount of time I had to wait for a very simple order was be frustrating. It was at the point that i had gotten back in line and was going to cancel my order. I needed to get to work and it was close to time for me to be there. Thankfully my job is very close. As I was waiting my name was called. I say all of that too say this. Just because I ordered in store doesn't make my order or my time less important that this that order in the app. I placed my order at 9:05 approximately.
