Burger King — Restaurant in Show Low

The food was pretty decent but the service was horrible. Our cashier who happened to be the manager was incredibly rude and didnt take our order right as a way of trying to make us pay more. My dad ordered the $6 double whopper meal and the manager tried to charge us for the more expensive one and said that he didnt say the $6 whopper meal so she cancelled the order and started again. She then proceeded to tell me I couldn't use my coupon for the $3 chicken fries and large fries because the code had already been inputted. I then told her that since it was on her error she needed to make it work. Eventually we were charged the right amount but she was incredibly rude throughout the entire process. She shouldn't be working with the customers if she is going to be...

Being vegan we ask for the impossible whopper without mayo and cooked in the microwave so we don't eat the grease from their broiler.

Ordered a meal in drive, drove to the front and of course mayo.... Put on my covid friendly mask and went inside and asked them to fix it and repeated the order... 60 seconds later the guy without a mask in the back handed the manager the replacement burger - his manager asked him if it had been cooked in the microwave and he stared blankly at her... She repeated, cooked in the microwave? and he replied "yeah" so she handed me my replacement. Got out to the car and checked, no mayo so good.... But then I took a bite, grease, ugh...... Seriously gross.

Last time my family eats at the Show Low location! Perhaps, last time for...

They only received 4 stars. Because the place was not filthy but....it was a mess where you get your drink. They didn't have the frozen Fanta working either. The sign wasn't lit up infact there wasn't a sign outside advertising that it was open. Now this burger King sits by the main road but once again you can't see it very well. How do you expect to make the money or profits, if people can't see it or knows its there??? They weren't busy in the fact that the manager was doing nothing. I personally would have went out into the lobby and cleaned this mess up. Due to the fact that customers were there and to represent BK. With that I'm not sure if I will go there again. I really ❤ the food there, more than Mc Ds and Wendy's. I'm sorry but I tell it...
