Terrible experience with this so called " sushi place " where obviously the customer's only right is to pay for overpriced not so great food and shut up. I have ordered food from this place 3 times in 4 weeks, the first time was just ok, but they had forgotten the 4 sauces which kind of ruined the experience somehow, so I ordered the exact same dish, and this time the sauces were delivered but the food itself was prepared, cooked and presented in a complete different way, so no consistency here, and the third time, both of my items were missing their respective sauces ( UNBELIEVABLE ) and one of the food item, a combo #1 platter, was wrong, as the " spicy tuna roll " had been replaced with a cheap and tasteless fake crab roll, and 1 nigiri was missing in action, I mean, what's the big deal right? So I called immediately the restaurant, and at my huge surprise, right after asking to speak with a manager, the person hung up the phone on me, and after calling again, still wondering what just happened, I asked the same person from before if they just hung up the phone on me, and they said " yes ! stop calling us ! " ... Well. that's ok, I stopped calling indeed, and I'm leaving this salty review instead, you can keep your not so great food and disgusting customer service, and I'll spend my money with people who actually deserve...
Read moreThe chicken bulgogi was seasoned really well, and it is authintic Korean bulgogi. It cost me 20$ for the chicken bulgogi I'm a bit insulted not at the price but that it was nothing but meat and rice no kimchi no fish cake. Any military veteran station in Korea will tell you that the sides are just as important as the bulgogi. After a few spoon full I was bored with it. I came here from Ft Hood Texas Killeen, there's the highest population of WWII Korean Americans, eating at restaurants there is like a real taste of Korea. Do better. Or people can just run over to panda eXpress. It's like eating cake with any frosting. Id would of been happy with smaller chicken portion for the pickled sides.
Follow up: With all due respect, kimchi, fishcake, pickled kimchi reddish, seaweed kimchi just to name a few meal garnish are never listed it's considered part of all meal's. If you don't offer these sides on a $20, dinner meal it's ok, but I'm insulted that your response is you don't know or understand what I'm...
